After laminating one sheet at a time for several time s, it is jamming frequently after resting and only using 1 sheet. Can this machine be opened so I can clean rollers? After cutting alot can some of the remnants fall into roller area? remnants

If it’s brand new you could always try returning it and re-buying it to see if that was the issue. If not if you contact the company they’re normally pretty awesome and will help you out. Hope you have a good day
I cannot even guess how many hundreds or thousands of "HOW TO" you tube videos I have used. Most are helpful. Your video was THEE WORST how to video I ever used. Suggest you remake this video, but THIS TIME use the dad gum instruction book!!!😡👎👎

mine for some reason won't take the film. There's nothing stuck and it's brand new. help please?

I bought one but it’s not getting hot enough to seal to the paper! There are so many air bubbles.
Sealed end first. Otherwise it's just pushing the air into a closed off plastic bag. I suspect that might be your issue.
