I've talked to a bunch of pilots about this but I thing there's 2 main issues people are going through rn: A. Random reboots and B. noise in the camera feed (for analog). I got mine to work but I essentially had to do most of the settings from scratch which fixed the rebooting issue (I think) but still a considerable amount of noise. Tried loads of things and even collaborated with other pilots going through the same issues. I also don't know why but using the Diff file from HM's website always gave me slight wobbles (used these with BF 4.4.0, 4.4.2, and 4.5). Not super obvious but you can feel it a bit. Hope Happymodel addresses these.
I've had the noise issue in my other super x builds. But this BnF for some reason doesn't have that issue. Hopefully this gets resolved on the Super Xs. Been a nice FC otherwise.

Have heard of these (including the eco version) not holding up (aio failing). I got the HDZ eco versions and love it to death! I hope HM fixes the aio issue.. I will be ordering the analog version when they do..
I dont know anything about mob6 but im on my 2nd mob7 and both are amazing. Range is ridiclous with elrs, i flew at 850 pm tonight with very little ambient light at an abandoned state hospital and the camera was suprisingly bright. All im saying is if its a mobula, its probably awesome
In my experience it was a little so so. The reliability is poor. I had to return 2 of them for various issues before I got one that worked. The 3rd one flew pretty poorly until I changed the pids. It's certainly the best pre-built 65 though.
I have 2 of these Mob6 2024 . They fly really great. I can get 3-4mins slow flights with Tattu 300Mah BT2.0. I managed to fix the random shut downs by reflashing the ESC to 96khz . It worked well with both of the builds . Another issue is, one of the mob6 is giving out dirty horizontal lines on the video feed when armed and the other is totally fine! Very odd. . Both are shipped with different Gyro . One is 4khz and the other is 8khz. Very strange. Hope HM fixed this issues soon!
I've had two of these drones so far, the first was beautiful until I lost it. My second was nothing but a headache, brand new, RX/VTX loss falling out of the sky for no reason whatsoever, literally unusable, very disappointing as a replacement since the first one worked so well. If they can solve these quality control issues this drone will be great.
You've probably already checked this, but I had the same issue on one of my 2 mob6 2024s and the PID loop frequency was set wrong for the gyro. It ships with 2 different gyros and I think the frequency was set for the wrong one. Once I changed that I've had zero issues. Just updated to Betaflight 4.5 a couple of days ago and they are both flying real well for me with the karate preset and each of mine has a different gyro.
Has anyone else had the issue where it just drops dead at the start of the battery? I charge them hv. Bi blades reduce it but it’s still there on my unit. Same with the diamond fc.
Personally, I've only ever had this happen with weBleed HV lipos fresh off the charger. The whoop will act funny for the first bit of the battery, then be OK.
Glad you got a good one. Defect rate seems to be abnormally high on this one.

Just received mine. Gonna leave it boxed up until my Diamond board fails on my current whoop. Really only ordered the Mob6 for it’s AIO.

me and my homies bought 10 of them and 9 got broken vtx after some flying :/ def will never buy again
I've heard the vtx has been having issues. We got lucky with ours.

What is better? A mobula6 or a meteor65? Are this two the Best bnf on the market?
Personally, I'd take the mobula6. Those 2 are the most popular models in 65mm platform, yes.
