To Bjork fans who are not aware, the interviewer Simon was notoriously provocative and kinda rude to guests on this show (in a funny way). It’s rare to see him like this. He seemed to genuinely like and respect her. Just shows how charming Bjork is ☺️
I wouldn't say that! She doesn't think to make things as it seems. Look at the naivety that could have ended your life: The Sugarcubes - Björk Television talk (1988) [remastered] ruclips.net/video/1A78yTvIY1k/видео.html&ab_channel=bj%C3%B6rk%3AHD
bjork is so uniquely beautiful with a equally unique voice, it amazes me. There is no one in the world who looks or sounds like her. She’s such a rare gem! She went from an insanely adorable young adult (who look way younger then she was) to a stunning woman!
WTF !!! I never thought this comment got alot of likes. I just wanted to watch Bjork interviews again because I miss her and I want a new album now. Never thought people find this funny. 😂😂😂
Why do I feel that they have some sort of chemistry together? Sorry I’m not trying to ship them or be weird but I just felt like they got along quite well Also Björk’s laugh is adorable
It's quite funny seeing Amstell seem to actually really like the person he's interviewing. Presumably Bjork not taking herself too seriously at all really helps!
I think they were having a good time until Bjork answered chocolate to Simon's dirty question and he pushed her and was like "who, who" and around 2:15 her body language changes and she smiles through it and what not but i don't think she liked him expecting her to be so sexual for him
@SaikyoMog Resurrect She has a very strong Icelandic accent , this is neither UK or American . Take it from another Icelandic , she speaks with a strong Icelandic accent with a hint of London standard british english and a very slight New york street american english . But 95% of her accent is very strongly Icelandic . My mother is British and i was born and partially raised in Arizona but then spent most of my time in Iceland so i can switch easily between Icelandic (my father tongue) , British and American english , but Icelandic people born and raised in Iceland , hardly can , just like it is almost impossible for anyone not raised in Icelandic to ever be able to speak the language without any accent . I have met Bjork on several occasions in bars and cafes in Iceland and her english is truly one of the worst i ever heard , but i like that . She very deliberately keeps a strong icelandic accent . She is very proud to be Icelandic and very much against the idea of assimilating with another language to the point of losing her own identity , which is a very smart attitude . If you want to piss her off , try to correct her english , you won't be disappointed by her answer . That's also probably the last you'll hear or see of her .

Simon is was was total tosser
He seems twitterpaited actually 😂❤😂
One of the few who came across well on pop world because she has a real life and can relate to people in a real way.
totally
Depeche Mode also crushed it.
And Amy Winehouse's Brits campaign.

Actually quite a horrible person.

I was thinking more like David Walliams/Jesse Eisenberg/Andy Samberg's lovechild.

Reality yessss!!!!!!
Now there's an image...
Literally the two people who came on popworld and were enjoyable to watch were Björk & Amy Winehouse. Both absolutely hilarious and talented. So good.
I agree. They both were very charming.
Alison goldfrapp as well
Wait what Björk is 40 here
This is absurd
Why do I simply know I won't look like this when I'm 40
Ari, you don't look like that now. Haha, only joking Ari.
This interview was awkward in the best way
I dunno... I think it's the meeting of two intelligent, quirky minds and they would be good drinking buddies. Didn't get any awkward vibes 😊
Jennie Feyen that’s how I saw it too. Adorable interview
At least it wasn't Alex Zane. That is the definition of awkward.
i typed "teen boy flirting a brunette mom xxx" and this came out.

@@AutieTeleDexBaBrBo Otherwise some of those questions would've been a little dodgy... haha!
Wrong site dude.
They really thought they could weird out Bjork with these questions, one of the weirdest weirdies on the planet
So true.
Not weirdest, most successfully weird.
She's so cool, her accent is the best and she is so genuinely, naturally funny.
She's so cute, still.
i thought that was jesse eisenberg lol
I was thinking the exact same thing
Who.
even better
simon amstell
It’s interesting how she changes her accent In different interviews
it is, because English isn't her first language so she mimics the accent every time she speaks to someone who speak English
i like her old accent she's so cute.
He lived in London for a very long time which goes some way to explaining the London accent.
I love her very much, one of the few artist that still exist and be just like everyone else. She's natural.
This must be one of the only interviews Bjork has done where she isn't easily the most eccentric person in the room
Bjork Is So Utterly Gorgeous.!!! I Love Her.!!!
I love her
Pity Mate, She's in Love with me.
hands off, both of you. She's been mine (in my heart) since about '94. I think the only one who could tempt me from her is Kate Bush
seems they both like each others..
S Chung kidneys hahahaha 😂😂😂
Yeah I was thinking that...
I got that vibe too lol she seems unusually flirty here
I just watched a video of her when she was younger and her accent changed so much
She changes it honestly because even on newer ones she speaks with and Icelandic accent
In the ‘90s she lived in London for some years and developed a Cockney accent. After she left London the Cockney accent slowly went away.
@@Brinta3 rightt makes sense. Im from London most people pick up the accent very fast, its hard not to

best laugh ever
Björk is the very definition of 'wholesome'. This might be better than cat videos. Crazy, I know. But then it helps a cat is featured in this video.
Poor bjork just wants to say chocolate 😂
She has really picked up an English accent, kinda cockney.
She is a true enigma of an artistic human. She also loves to mess around with interviewers!
2:05 I've gotta get whatever chocolate she had 🤣
She seemed to tolerate this weird guys questions well
Bjork: homie.
‘This weird guys questions’ 😂😂😂
When you find out more about Simon Amstell, you’ll see he’s absolutely fantastic...and definitely weird

It can't be chocolate?
Her accent changed over time
She used to speak like how everyone from Reykjavik speaks English. Now her pronunciation and accentuation is very similar to Southern British English.
"I Miss You" on TFI Friday is an epic performance! Hard not to fancy Bjork eh! What happened to Simon! To rude for tv!
"Maybe you should spend a couple of weeks in Iceland" = polite way of saying your pronunciation is shit and I can't barely understand you 😂

I wonder who she was hanging around with to make her develop that slight cockney accent 🤔
