    My back would just give out about every 3 or 4 months. Eventually found out that the L3/L4 and L5/SI were degenerative. About a year before finding out, my back went out on the morning traveling to Universal Studios in FL. I was hobbling around and could barely move. After a couple of days, I mainly made my way thru the park. Kids wanted to ride the Harry Potter ride and there is a sign that says do not ride if you have back problems. I was like Wow!!! I've come too far and can't let them down. It's a virtual sit-down ride where you are brace in by your torso and your legs sway back and forth like your riding a broom. All of a sudden, I felt this big relief and I was like man either I'm not going to be able to get up after this ride or I've been healed. I was scared for it to end because I was going to have to try and stand up on my own. It's a ride that is continuously moving. All of a sudden, I felt like I was in my twenties again a no more pain. It was the craziest thing ever and my family couldn't believe it either. There needs to be something made like this to use. eventually it came back, but I did have that relief for a few weeks.

    Hello doctor Salubro. What do you think about inversion table are they suitable for decompression of the spine ?

    • @DrWalterSalubro
      @DrWalterSalubro  3 года назад +3

      Hi Georgi. There could but some usefulness with inversion table. I can see how it removes the forces of gravity on the lower lumbar spine when inverted. I don't think it's a permanent solution if there are structural alignment problems contributing to the disc bulge or lower back condition. That's where more specific corrective technique would be needed.

I do have many videos on my channel showing a very different exercises. They’re not specific for any one person. It is best that you check with your doctor physiotherapist or even a corrective care chiropractor to see how they can help you through this.

    Could I use these same exercises for L4 L5 grade 1 anterolisthesis, or could you suggest something else please, thank you for the tips sir. The only thing I found to be effective for pain relief is radio frequency ablation of the nerves unfortunately the pain always returns after several months. Been doing core exercises for years which helps.

    Its been a week to my 4th chiropractic adjustment and I’ve been in pain for 10 months now. Most exercises cause me pain and I feel they may aggravate my situation. Can you guide me please? Should I do these exercises? As I still have soreness from my recent adjustment.

    • @DrWalterSalubro
      @DrWalterSalubro  3 года назад +2

      Hi Zaina. I can tell you which exercises to do without doing an evaluation first. I hope you can appreciate this. Even under chiropractic care, chronic spinal conditions take time to heal. Spinal adjustments may cause some soreness because of already pre-existing inflammation and also because the spine and body is adapting to changes. Discuss this with your chiropractor.

    • @zainakhan9526

    • @lindashek3658

      If you've bad inflammation, you should stop the adjustment temporarily. First, you must find the way to release inflammation problem. This is my opinion only. Buy a electrical acupuncture set which helps to relief the pain.

    Doctor I have L4-L5 disc bulge caused foraminal stenosis waiting for two years. Should I do flexion or extension exercises? Can my disc case be healed after this long time by itself or surgery is necessary?

    • @DrWalterSalubro
      @DrWalterSalubro  3 года назад +1

      Hi Eladire. Extension may be helpful. You need to get checked and cleared by your doctor, chiropractor, or physiotherapist. Not all exercises are specific for all people. Look for a corrective care chiropractor. Working on correcting spinal distortions or displacements that may be contributing to the disc injury may be a non-surgical conservative treatment option. A corrective care chiropractic can help with that.

    • @Tiffany-pn4mv
      @Tiffany-pn4mv 3 года назад

      I would go to the doctors and get it checked. If it hasn't gone back into place after that long it won't. I would try a biophysics chiropractor to start with and go from there. But if u can't walk and have extreme leg pain and weakness then surgery is necessary. Speaking from experience

    Does the size of disc herniation matter? How many mm disc protrusion is constantly a large herniation?

    • @DrWalterSalubro
      @DrWalterSalubro  Год назад +1

      Hello. I don't what the measurement would be to define it as a disc herniation. A disc herniation is more advanced then a disc bulge. Yes, the size matters. The bigger the disc bulge / herniation, the more likelyhood of nerve compression.

  • @johnzennaro6531
