There is a song that has the same music but has very different lyrics and different titles Autumn Strong/Ikanaide but he has sung songs in Kazakh, Russian, English, Chinese, Ukrainian, Japanese, Italian, Spanish and other languages too. Dimash said in an interview a few weeks ago that music has no language barrier, music is a language in itself.

The songs that have different languages but the same melody is The Crown (Chinese) and Without You (Kazakh), Autumn Strong (Chinese) and Ikanaide (Japanese), and finally Give Me Love (Chinese) and Mahabbat Ber Magan (Kazakh). The Chinese version of Give Me Love has Chinese characters in the title otherwise its the Kazakh version.
That second version of "Stranger" from the Chinese show altered and pitch corrected Dimash's performance at the very end of the song. A disgrace on the part of the Chinese show runners. Watch the fan-cam version from that show and you will hear exactly what they did. Also as mentioned by others in the comments, Stranger is only in English, you won't find another language version of this song (at least not yet).
