You can tweak the head-azimuth by sliding the head cover (between the cassette well and the control panel) to the left! This will give you access to the adjustment.
Buenos dias, he visto el video como tres veces.. me parece un trabajo excelente, y me queria poner en contacto, pues yo tengo uno igual es un philips modelo EL3302 fué un regalo en su dia, ha estado parado como 45 años y ahora he querido ponerlo en marcha y en dos establecimientos de Granada no han podido, no sé si es por la actitud de las personas que lo han visto o por el desconocimiento técnico de ellas, en cualquier caso me gustaria que pudiese contestarme para ver si puedo ponerlo en marcha. Original parts will not be found. Any good technician will know how to clean switches or find substitutes for bad parts. I hope you're able to find someone with the skills to fix your tape player
This brought back memories. As a cild, i had a Loewe Opta Rekorder 441 for all my kids tapes and loved this little shoebox player to bits. I thought it was the coolest thing ever. It's nice to see this Phillips one working again ^_^

I know what you mean, my youth had many of these cassette recorders too, mostly cheap department store brands but they were still fun
