I really wonder how did people build muscle back in the day when they didn’t have Mitopure or did not use creatine, as well as a bunch of other supplements. Additionally, the amount of protein that you are recommending sounds extremely high. 😮
I love your videos. So packed full of great info and tips. I am 62 so it’s great to have you here as a role model. I feel the need to mention that the jumpiness, jump cuts, lack of breathing space or pause/ phrasing in the delivery causes me to pause them several times as I personally feel out of breath trying to digest the information. Maybe it’s just me :-) Anyway, I am truly grateful for your videos in my own personal fitness journey. Thank you.

Actually, there’s not one good randomized study showing that more protein equals more muscle. Do you have one you can cite? Same for fish oil. Ugh. I have a whole list of actual good studies showing the evidence. It’s the work out.

Hi there, taking creatine close to bedtime might contribute to insomnia for some people. Try taking it earlier in the day to see if it helps with your sleep. -Team JJ

Start with an incline pushup. Against your kitchen counter or a sturdy table. Work your way up to 10 and then go to a lower surface. Stairs work really well. Stand in front of a staircase and place your hands on the fourth stair. When you can do that, switch to the third. And so on. You'll be able to do them on the floor in a couple of weeks.
Same for me. I've lifted weights forever, I'm pretty strong. Never been able to do a full pushup...even after building up reps on knees or against wall, etc. etc.

How about someone with PCOS and in menopause with menopause weight gain? Awesome tips.
I have wrist issues especially putting full weight on them. Can you suggest another exercise?

Do them against a counter instead of the floor.
