Hello JJ, I enjoy watching your videos and your explanations that are researched back. I have been using Lakanato Classic Monk Fruit Sweetner for several years. I even substitute it for regular sugar when I bake - which is not often, but it works great. Can you tell me how the monk fruit compares to the So Nourished Allulose? @@blklagoon76 this might sound kind of weird don't take it like an eating disorder because it's not But I don't want to waste calories on a powder unless it's thick like a protein powder , collagen powder dissolves it turns into nothing but it leaves that horrible rotten marshmallow taste

Olive oil has so many benefits. We NEED healthy fats. Your brain is made of fat. It won’t be wasted.
