There are many political parties in the Netherlands. From the extreme right, over the right, the middle and the moderate left to the left
The extreme right is powerful in the USA. On the other hand: of the left - and certainly of the extreme left - there is no influence whatsoever - if there exists such an ultra left in the USA at all.
What you call “left” is at best “moderate middle” - seen from the Dutch point of view..
No “Green Left Party”. No “Socialist Party”. As in the Netherlands.
I have always voted left.
For affordable healthcare (health insurance is mandatory for everyone in the Netherlands and those who have difficulties to pay the monthly premium will receive compensation).
For subsidies if people cannot pay the rent. For the “AOW” (an amount that everyone - from the king to a disabled person - receives upon reaching retirement age - minimum now about 1,700 US dollars every month).
For a benefit for everyone who is out of work for a longer time (minimum about 1,400 US dollars per month). And so on. Et cetera.
THAT is the “middle” and the “left” policy.
Even though I have always had a very good income myself, I have always voted left for the benefit of those who had - and still have - it more difficult in life than I.
And then you call “leftists” “rabid beasts and criminals by nature (-) (turning soon) to terrorism” - I stop quoting - it’s too awful … not directed against views and opinions, but mostly played “ad hominem” …
Were the assassins of Lincoln, of the two Kennedys, of Dr. King “leftists” ?
Is there a long, long list of blatant lies (not unwelcome opinions, but checked and established untruths) done by president Biden or done by (ex) president Trump?
I - as a left-wing voter - no longer feel at home on your channel. Not because of your point of view. You are allowed of course to have your opinions and openly promote Trump.
But the way you mouth and rant against his opponents… sorry, not my cup of tea … to say it mildly !

There are many political parties in The Netherlands. From the extreme right to the right - over the middle and moderate left - to the left.
In the United States of America a powerful extreme right movement flourishes. There is a right wing party. And a “moderate middle” party..
If there is a “left” in the USA - at all - then that movement has no influence whatsoever. I mean the real left, such as the Dutch "Green Left Party” or "The Socialist Party”.
The “middle” and “left” in The Netherlands ensured affordable health care for everyone (unlike in the “right-wing” America that you so praise: everyone is mandatorily insured for health care and those who have difficulty paying the monthly premium are financially compensated). If you have difficulties paying the house rent, you are financially helped as well.
Everyone who reaches retirement age receives a benefit for life (now minimal $ 1,700 every month). Every long-term unemployed person receives a benefit. Every sick employee will continue to be paid a large percentage of her or his salary for a period. And so on. Et cetera.
THAT is the heritage of the “middle” and the “left” in my country.
I always vote left. I have all my life been able to live very well financially, but through my votes I support people who are less fortunate than I am.
You are allowed of course to praise “right-wing” America. Sing the praises of Trump. But the way you dismiss me as a left-wing voter and the Democrats in the USA almost as criminals, liars - and even terrorists - is disgusting.
It is below any level: you do not attack ideas, views and opinions - but crudely play “ad hominem”.
Were Lincoln, the two Kennedy's and Dr. King assassinated by “lefties”?
Is there a long, long list of (checked and verifiable by everyone) blatant lies and untruths told by President Biden or by ex-President Trump?
You may of course support Trump. Glorify him. But the way you portray Trump's opposition is beyond any decent level.

I read this Albert, I will respond to this. I have my own reasons not to vote for lefts ever, I've been born in the most leftist country you could imagine - Soviet Union and I experienced it a bit in my childhood and youth. And not only me, my whole family suffered a lot from leftists for 70 years and I am afraid that socialism is coming here to America. I have plenty of great examples that capitalism is better than socialism - Germany East and West, Korea North and South, Cuba before 1961 and after (they are still driving American Buicks made in the 1950s) ... and Moreover I have a prove that Trump is not Hitler, as leftists keep screaming about so... I will write something more thoughtful in a bit, Albert...

But was Hitler a socialist ?
No. But nevertheless: his party was called: “die National-Sozialistische Partei”.
Was the Soviet Union Communist or Socialist during Stalin's time and later on ?
No. But the teachings of Marx and Engels (in a very distorted form) were used as a “flag” to “justify” a murderous regime - just as the distorted teachings of Nietzsche (“der Übermensch”) served as a “handle” for the Nazis to “justify” their abject racial theories and mass murders.
It is not a matter of “left” or “right”. Were the deportations and the mass murders of the Soviets (so called “left”) worse than those of the Nazis (so called “right”) ?
It’s not a matter of the “flag” which is put up (with a swastika or hammer and sickle). It’s not a matter of which (distorted) ideology is misused.
It is a question of democracy (the best of all imperfect systems) or dictatorship. Even the far left in The Netherlands is hundred percent democratic. As is the (absolutely not so “left”) Democratic Party in the USA.
Secondly, I don't care which direction you choose. As a democrat, I never had problems with you supporting Trump. But to me, dismissing “the other side” in such a blatant rude way - thàt is in my eyes unforgivable.
As a “lefty”, I will never dismiss an ultra-right PERSON as a criminal and/or as a liar.
Or as a (possible) terrorist. At most, I’ll combat the IDEAS, VIEWS and IDEOLOGIES of such a person.
