This movie is so overrated. First of all, it's a ripoff of the movie The Skeleton Key. Secondly, the movie spews out so much racial hatred towards yt people it's sickening.
As far as the sunken place goes, it's just the lefty biracial director's way of promoting the disingenuous notion that bk people who do not believe in the lefty pro-racial victimhood mindset for bk people are just avatars for yt people. It's a hateful idea that is against bk people being free thinkers.
By the way, the writer/plagiarist and director of this film is biracial, raised by his yt mom, he's married to a yt woman whose a part of the tribe, has a child whose at least 75% yt, and lives in a rich yt neighborhood. This is the guy complaining about "systemic racism," SMH.
