I was believing that Jesus was never angry,always peaceful.So it's ok to express my anger and frustration without fear it will have negative consequences.I think these emotions as any other is a signal to which direction we are going,away from God or closer.The more we learn to accept,extract the lesson,forgive and come back to peace the better for us.
