Tobias Lars Oh, I got it loud and clear. I realized how much I react to it. More than that, I realized how I also unconsciously said and did things that were manipulative to make others feel guilty. I never realized what I was doing. I feel like a huge weight has been lifted. Also, I have been one to feel responsible for ‘saving’ all the outside animals...feeling guilt if I wasn’t home to feed the feral cat...cutting trips short at times. Thanks for the higher perspective on that. I literally saw how insane that is.

Just yesterday I was thinking about this as this guilt crap has been going on with someone for a while now and I decided to just ignore them so they can realize they are not the centre of the universe

Playing the "guilt" card on someone is often a manipulative tool of narcissism (insecurity). When responding to guilt one might ask themself if the action they take is based on authenticity or does the action result in further fragmentation of their being.
When something suits the best interest of all parties involved there is healthy "accommodation", however, when there is "compromise" there is sacrifice which can lead to resentment and personal fragmentation from the authentic self and without question, a lack of true compatibility. It is all too common that while those involved in relationships care for one another, they can also be incompatible.
Understanding the origin of all guilt is a unconscious beLIEfe that we caused the seperation. All the lesser forms are projections to maintain the secret wish( im on my own as a seperate autonomous being but its not my fault). You could say guilt is the cause of the whole time space
Continuum. Its like we had to believe we are guilty to pull off the ultimate hallucination of individuality and to maintain it we see the world of one or the other and this is how one person can be guilty and another innocent. A sick game we play to pretend that im a special body that can gain off anothers loss. Same with "nature " the bigger animal kills the smaller animal. You could say this whole fake reality depends on our belief in guilt. To be truly innocent we would no longer be bound by the laws of time and space. So in the MEANtime we practice transformational forgiveness.

I live off my family and I am thirty and I tend to contradict you here cause there is a lot more involved than parasitism. It's codependence sustained by narcissistic family who would never admit to stealing the power of the Id patient the unsuccsesfull kid the lonely daughters' power All the people react when they see you with no job and immediately judge and blame you just because they immediately assume that you are spoiled and lazy but it's never the case at least in my situation and the situation is more complex...chronic fatigue emotional exhaustion being consumed by my family and friends emotionally but having them never admit to that...basically being incapacitated socially
Totally agree on the family unit codependency and often the 'black sheep' of the family absorbs a alot of the dysfunction for the family. Totally agree. often...case by case though in my experience.
There is a way out...in my experience...'Takes 2 To Tango.' If one asks the Uni Verse for 'I want out of this'...something starts happening.
Codependance is sustained through choosing to give our power to another. It happens unconsciously to certain patterns, trauma and karma.
If we can't validate ourselves from within we will look outside ourselves for others to give that validation to us (codependency). What happens when we need to learn how to validate ourselves, we get people who won't give that to us so we can learn to seek within and to learn how to not fall pray to guilt and beliefs and how how we should act or be as a human being based on someone else's view.
@@TobiasLars I am asking for help and divine guidance constantly...I am crying so often and I don't know what to do...I should work as an artist and graphic designer and have some money from this but I can't find anything..it's like I am doomed.. I only find jobs that I am overqualified. I don't want to work in a grocery store but it seems that this is what I am getting. my mom always blackmailed me with taking me in Italy to work(I am from Romania) and I am super guilt tripped unconsciously for the money they gave me...I so want someone besides me...I ended up alone after so many people and friends triggering me into becoming the worst version of myself(although I have struggled to be nice I live with constant arguments and curses from them and myself to them in my head...a lot of suppression so it is hard to discern anymore...) I even wanted to commit suicide for being unrequited in love. I feel scared and alone. Sorry for writing here but it is getting worse so I decided to open myself about this.
