Thank you so much my daughter just sent me this. I am five days post hysterectomy and major prolapse surgery. I also had bladder lift with utero sacral suspension. Can’t wait to start right now focusing on healing, they also did an anterior wall perineum repair I haven’t done my yoga in quite a while because of the prolapse but I am using my yoga breathing to help manage the pain. Thank you again will show this to my doctor just to make sure can’t wait to get the OK.🤞🙏

Hi Jessica, thank you for making positive videos and having a gentle attitude, it calms my anxiety. I hope to ask you a question. I'm 25yrs old and have a 15-month-old baby. I have stage 2 rectocele prolapse, stage 1 cervix prolapse, and stage 1 cystocele prolapse. My pelvic floor specialist has recommended hysterectomy. I'm really scared because I'm so young and I don't want to lose my womanly hormones. Do you have any advice surrounding this? I'm also scared that surgeries are going to ruin love making with my partner.

Hi Jessica, just came to you RUclips. I had a totally hysterectomy in October 2023 and it is now March 2024. . I’m 67. It was cancerous but a stage 1A. I’m doing well but still have some pain with exertion (Like lifting too much). I’ve never done Pilates but want to get started. Any recommendations? I will be seeing my gynecological oncologist tomorrow and will be asking her if I can move forward. Thanks.
