    1:23 your eyes
    2:21 palm up palm down
    4:11 check barrel
    5:46 keep head between your feet
    9:02 are your arms bent
    10:02 back shoulder and front shoulder
    11:25 check beck on the issue

    Hi, can you do a video that will help hitters to stop dropping their back when swinging at a pitch. Thanks so much! And your videos are making me a better baseball player and are very good at helping me improve my skills in baseball.

    hey i have two questions one how tight should you grip the bat and second what is your thought on bat angle and baseball bat around the head like “wrapping” ?

    Thank you for these videos, I play mens baseball league in my town of Fresno and these videos help alot with the off season training, keep up the great work. Some ideas below
    Possible Video topics:
    1. Off Season bulking up.
    2. Off Season Daily/weekly exercise.
    3. When then season is going training and exercise.
    4. The do's and don'ts of baseball.
    5. How to find the position for you.
    6. Losing the fear of getting hit "it's not a matter of If, but When.
    7. Hydration is key to success.
    8. Baseball season is here "what's in your bag?"
    9. Pregame warm up, are you doing it right?
    10. Are you recording BP for review and critique?

      It's my 2nd year of baseball
      Last year i feared getting nailed of the ball
      Ive been nailed at least 15 times up hitting
      and 10 randomly

    Hey coach when would you say is a good age to drill these tips to younger kids? I have a 7 and 8 year old now that do not pay attention when I try to help with batting techniques.

    Great advice. Did you know you can't really see the ball hit the bat? You're swinging to where you think it will be. You could close your eyes the last 4-5' and it wouldn't matter.
