    1. Mental Approach is more important than Mechanics.
    2. Always check timing when struggling at the plate.
    3. You can’t hit what you can’t see.
    4. The yes, yes, no approach.
    5. The launch position “failure to launch”
    6. Recognize the power of swing thoughts.
    7. Be in the box ready to hit.
Thank me later wish y’all luck for season.

My mens baseball league doesn't start until March 2020, can you do a work out video, stretches, weights, cardio etc.

Great video. I think you might want to add ‘Hunt your pitches until you can’t (2 strikes)’. Too many swings at bad pitches. A thought on timing- hitters need to work on timing while in the dugout, not in the on deck circle; it’s too late by then! Every pitch thrown by a pitcher is the opportunity to work on timing!

Nice video coach. I'm about to be 38 and your videos have rejuvinated my love of baseball. Your shoulder workout videos helped me re-hab some problems I've been masking for years (I also saw a physician). Looking forward to stepping away from beer league softball and back into adult baseball in the spring! Thanks again!

Hey coach, so I started swinging lefty for fun and I realized my mechanics are way much better than my righty swing. Should i switch to hitting lefty or should i work more on righty?

Coach, your video's are great but too lengthy to hold the attention of the viewers. My boy's (age 9 & 10) get distracted after 5 or so minutes.

Eric Nordwald sir, with all due respect, perhaps maybe you can summarize the main ideas of the videos and implement them into your sons’ game. I think the videos are perfect length and very understandable and interesting.

Eric. I disagree. Perhaps your children don’t care about becoming better baseball players. Bet they could focus on a 3 hour Fortnight video.
