- Better late than never. Funny part is when I reviewed this Jeep, we had NO intentions of buying it. Fast forward to December, and we ended up buying this exact Jeep I drove in the video. #4xe

It's from the future
Bought one myself love it and believe it or not I do save on gas.
100% there's actually a lot of fuel ⛽ savings, depending on how you charge. Do you have a level 2 at home?
It looks good
Thanks!!
Yes and it does make a difference on charging methods
Yes. Game changing in getting the most out of the Jeep
Just purchased my 1st Jeep 24 4xe on 4/1/2024 and I’m enjoying it thus far. I am annoyed by the limited electric mileage and converting from hybrid to esave frequently to determine best option for commuting.
Just run it in hybrid, let the Jeep do the thinking. Key to this Jeep is to charge often, you'll really see the mpg shine!
I own a 2021 4xe Rubicon and unless my car is charge I get horrible MPG. I rented a 2024 while in Maui and completely different experience. Did you notice anything similar w yours?
There's no different in the 2. - I didn't have an issue with my 21. What are you seeing for MPG? Keep in mind, the more you charge the better you are.
@@JeepsOnTheRun yes I agree if the vehicle is charged makes a huge difference. While in Maui I did not charge the car once, however, drove all day, Road to Hana, constantly stopping and accelerating for hours, and barely saw the gas drop. My 2021 Jeep rubicon I’ll drive on the highway to and from work and it’ll go through more than a quarter tank of gas. I go through a whole tank in 4 days if I’m lucky.
@@gael412 While in Maui, was it a rubicon?
my 4xe is stuck in fuel oil refresh mode for thousands of miles now. NOT HAPPY
Did you see our video about FORM? Maybe it can help.

Thousands of miles doesn’t seem Right, any other codes? lights?
I mean no offense by saying this. Two friends of mine who are mechanics stressed for me not to get a 4xe. As well ive talked to six (yes 6) owners of 4xe's who have stated the electric system crapped out and theyve stopped using the hybrid mode. Ive spoken to only 1 person who stated its been amazing. I hope they can make it work because I just got my first jeep and love it! But i went straight gas. Id definitely consider a phev or fully electric jeep in the future. But based on the owners and mechanics (not stellantis, independent with their own shops) I had to skeep the 4xe for now 😢.
no offense taken. There is a lot of negative press about the 4xe. Having said that, it's still the # 1 selling PHEV. Like any new tech, people are afraid to try it. Were there a few bumps along the way? Yes. I will say I've overall had very few issues with mine and I'd buy it again. End of the day, you need to do what makes sense for you. :). Happy Jeeping!!!
