- I have to admit I've fallen in love with the shape of this car. It's full of curiosities, like the headlight shields to protect them from flying debris on race tracks.
And even though I was nervous driving such history, the car isn't much different from today's vehicles. It has a clutch, throttle, brake pedals and a manual. Even the instruments are what you'd expect.

How was it at low speeds? I drove a pre-A 1500 Speedster just before it went to the 1000 Miglia, last week. At low speeds, I couldn't get it to pick up revs. Was I just way too careful? The owner had no problems with it...
It was completely fine at low speeds. Obviously a vintage engine but was happy to rev in first gear from a standstill. Can't shift these things at too low an RPM like modern engines, though.
