The concept of a Diesel quad is nice. But Arctic Cat's implementation looks like a nightmare. Even the specifications don't speak well for it - increasing the weight by more than 50% and having less horsepower than even my stock, carbureted, gas powered Arctic Cat 400 (376 CC Suzuki engine)
There should be a thermostat under the thermostat cover, if it's stuck closed it will case the exact problem you are having.
