Jab joining ho raha tha tab kyu nahi verify karte hai..... Mere kuch dost after training were on bench for 8 months and there is no project so the company is just telling to do this and that certification, and if you dont pass it they will fire you.... Company is literally mailing this
Guys don't listen to her let me tell you the truth no HR is going you tell the truth. She is talking about fake documents and bla-bla . Earlier also used to happen such types scenarios where employees used to show fake things and still they are working don't believes me ask any of your relatives who have work exp. of more than 5+ years working in mnc. They will tell you. I have seen people getting placed with fake work exp. But what is happening now? They want some loose points so they start digging their past history and whatever they find they will give them that reason and they got fired.

Correct. They will layoff based on macroeconomic things.
This layoff is is due to the hiring of the employees on 2021 is horrible ,due to salary increase for 2 year experience and freshers is too much
