Tomatoes can be cooked along with toor dal.... Daniya can be fried and powdered along with pepper and cumin... Packed readymade powders could cause gastric problems and stomach burning sensation...

We lightly roast coriander seeds and grind it along with other ingredients. We never use store bought coriander powder for rasam. Otherwise good recipe👌
