Great Explanation and demonstration Sifu 😊🙏. As a private student of Sifu since 2017, I can attest to his abilities. Rember other viewers, with respect, watching a video, is a visual interpretation, it is NOT a feeling in real time, interpretation. That's the way to truely understand such ability as Sifu Sergios.
Around 15 years ago when I touched your hands in a trial-lesson I felt like sinking into the floor Sifu. I cannot even image how it will feel like if I touch your hands now. Thank you so much for sharing all this incredible truths and skills. Your videos are very much inspiring! Thank you Sifu.
I'm a student of the late Dr Henry Leung, and this sifu is excellent. In Wing Chun, the LITTLE things make all the difference, at close range, between success and defeat. Moving 2 or 3 inches sideways will keep you from being knocked out; moving closer can prevent his power from being developed in an attack.
I really hope that you put more videos up like this its brilliant. I have been a practitioner of yip man wing chun and have been fortunate to have been shown a soft version using many of the principals that you teach, unfortunately my sifu moved to new Zealand leaving me with partial knowledge. There is a fella who teaches pin sun wing chun who was taught by jim rosalando but the problem is the bs that comes with it ,dressing it up as a mysterious form and deliberately holding things back. I am able to piece together from your videos the bits i have missed and have improved greatly over the last 6 months my hope is that it continues. many thanks...............steve
This is well known among the Chinese martial art community about the internal strength, qi gong or nei gong. But only very few Kungfu master can do it and even so, fewer willing to teach. So it is not surprising that many in the west think this is bullshit and didn't think it exist. Sifu Sergio, glad that you can teach this cos it is not easy to find one and especially one willing to teach it so openly.
I've had people try to explain and show it to me, but thru this video, I now have a grasp of what I should be training regarding sticking. Only someone [Sifu Sergio] with a GREAT understanding of the concepts can relay what's going on to others. Just because someone can do something, doesn't automatically mean they can convey the concept to others. Only a TEACHER can do that.
My sifu is an amazing master, and he understands the concepts, but I think there is also a secretiveness... He called some of his instructors "protective of kung fu", and they were VERY hard to get close to. It was very Authoritarian, and its kept from some of the students it seemed. I can definitely understand what you are saying. By sticking, you control the arm, and temporarily immobilize it so you can enter in safely, and control your opponent, causing him to open up (by disrupting his structure), and successfully attack. You can also feel the type and direction of the strike. Wong Shun Leung was a master at this and this is why he never lost a fight, even against a Russian boxer who was one foot taller than he and about 100 lbs heavier. It is the basis for the fight seen in Ip Man, but Ip Man never fought a boxer, as far as I know.
Sifu Sergio thank you for this video. it explains so much of what I have been wondering and training. this video has so much knowledge in it that if they don't get it or understand it by now, I believe some never will. In addition, there is more info in this video then in most martial arts how 1 to 2 hour videos. Thank you again Sifu Sergio
The Wing Chun Kung Fu Channel by Sifu Sergio yes I train in Wing Chun. I enjoy it and its liberating. I need to admit that your technic, your spirit, your explanation and your intent are exceptional but your sparring really is at a begin state. With the WT I am inspiring myself on you, but making a lot real wing chun sparring against other mma and boxing guy during years I have solved a lot a problem with this kind of different distance for play this game in a very realistic way.....I hope we can discuss about that some day so I can share my point of view about that.....good luck
All of what Sérgio said is extremely important, as long as a person has good combat experience, sparring that isn't just with their own students who don't fight back. This is not real sparring, although it is very important what you say, unfortunately we don't see these guys showing all this in action against someone who couches, kicks and takes down. The internal part of martial arts must be well understood so that it does not appear to people that they are very easy. It is necessary to see this applied against experienced people. Another excellent explanatory video, Kung Fu is combat!
Man, I really like Wing Chun and I want to be convinced of it's effectiveness. But I'm just not. I come from a Muay Thai background and I just don't see any Wing Chun practitioner fully respecting or understanding the body mechanics of Muay Thai, boxing or really any other striking martial art. It seems that is the reason every demonstration I've seen is done on an opponent who is unskilled in throwing basic punches - the equivalent of a drunken brawler - or are generally striking toward the chest in a kind of Wing Chun fashion. The body mechanics of Muay Thai are not at all strength based either and I think would likely overwhelm a Wing Chun opponent with shocking power and percise striking combinations. A good hook is not thrown with a straight arm but is landed with a 90 degree bend in the elbow, thus the only part of the punch to be caught would be the fist itself - which I haven't seen done in any WC demonstration. Instead of a kind of boxing block which would be effective the WC practitioner attempts to catch these kinds of strikes near the elbow - to clarify again, that's just not an option when a good hook is thrown. That's my two cents. I'd love to be convinced otherwise because I genuinely love Wing Chun and have an honest affinity towards it. I love the form, history, wooden dummie and flowing style. I just can't buy into the effectiveness. I want to though. If you can show me what I'm missing please do. I mean all this with the highest respect for you and the WC system. God bless. Take care.
It's not that much about the style, but how you practice and apply it. I trained with Thai boxers as we shared the same training hall a couple of years ago. From my experience, sparring with intermediate thai fighers: as long as I got into chi sao range they struggled with what to do, as WC is neither going for clinch nor for pull back into distance: We stick and fire at close range, from angles and with short range power they didn't expect. But when I got to spar with some of the better guys - they where better at preventing me from entering, using low kicks, angular footwork and knees once you got closer. It was difficult - but even then: once I got them to stuck with me, they couldn't defend at all. All in all: If you can get to your field of expertise without getting KO'ed, you've archived something good.
I fully agree with you. This man has travelled around and has seen many WT and TC arts. But what he shows has nothing to do with actual sparring. WT can be effective against MT (not a professional fighter) when in close combat and within split of seconds you deliver short low kicks , with shoes, and perhaps one or 2 punches using the pak sao , defence and attack. other than that WT will have a problem. MT is a hard system; i love it. same boxing, bjj and karate. but my love is WT.
Excellent. Adam Mizner (taichi) also emphasises this so it is clear that it works. Thanks for all your research. There are so many lies and false history in CMA.
Historically, Wing Chun, WHite Crane, Tai Chi etc, all have common ancestry and have intermixed at various times, so should be no surprise if aspects resemble each other. The commonalaties define the essential skills, the differences may be matters of preference or available knowledge, but just as likely tactical variations based on the circumstances, concerns and fears (focus) of the founders. For me, what is even more fun and educational to see is the variations in application and practice of some core principles and skills that can also be found in styles as diverse as Aiki Jitsu, and the classical Japanese arts. Clearly, the intermixing did not stop at Chinese borders despite national rivalries and secrecy pacts. E.g. White Crane Kung Fu is a particularly important foundation in traditional Okinawan Karate. Only fools and horses adhere to one pure style and way of thinking and doing. There is no one ultimate master or style. The arts have always mixed up and evolved, surviving on basis of merit through efficacy (effectiveness), teachability (systemization) or persona (personal cult/icons). Many Thanks to Sifu Sergio for these insights into true Wing Tsun origins and skills, which will without a doubt help me (a Ju Jutsu teacher of over 30 years) better explain and even improve my own art and teaching. If it can still help me, what exvcuse the rest of you!?
My understanding of seizing energy is putting body mass on point of contact through relaxation and the pressure causing tension and resistance from opponent which makes him stick. Is this correct?
thanks for the video and information,, just a thought I saw that your black belt doesn't engage his hip for spinal alignment while engaging, can you explain why, or is that not taught, I just see that you are aligned but not your student, thanks again for the video
Why are people slating this? The problem with Wing Chun nowadays is you people are all too set in your rigid ideas of structure and what you believe WC should be. Break down your walls of rigid belief and open your heart and mind, search honestly for what you can learn here. If you've done that and still feel you can't learn, just move on and learn from someone else. Your ignorance and negativity actually says more about you and your mindset than it does about the ideas Sergio is sharing
do you know what i think, i think chi idea taken from like two people fight with swords or poles or rods like parry in fencing nd other movements and they put it in arms
When I studied Economics I wondered why my professors were not rich, but some primitive Business men who did not know anything about economical theorie were making a lot of cash. Martial arts often remind me of the same problem. I train now since 30 years different martial arts and some of those years I spend with wing chun. No martial art produces more poor economics professors than Wing Chun. I am a BJJ Coach and I do like and respect the internal aspects of martial arts. Pushing Hands Chi Sao, kui Sao or practices from Judo etc. I know it is real. I understand different types of power. etc. I respect its value.
Sinking the Chi is to place the Chi below the belly button and all the way down to the bottom of your feet. Only a highly trained person can do that. Sorry I know you are not asking me. I couldn't help. :)
Ignore the naysayers. Master Paul Dong calls them Frogs in a well. they only see that small circle of sky and think that is the world. Try telling people about empty force. or sensing the opponents body right down to his past injuries. I wish I could train with you sometime. I cant even discuss these things with others.
My respect to you Sifu Sergio... I do train in Wing Chun for 4 years now but just the basics, how can I achieve this level of "sticking"?, do I have to meditate or something like that?. And what do you mean by "sink the qi"?. Regards!
Please do a video on how this can work on an experienced MMA and a boxer, or an experienced street fighter, it all looks interesting, especially your concept of sticking, but lets see it in actual "situation" so to speak, it might look flashy, but can it stand up to modern combat?
Do what I did, find out where he is running open seminars and go to one near you, he is willing to demonstrate with anyone. I experienced his skills first hand on Sunday and he is no fake believe me. Jason, the guy he throws around in his other vid is an MMA fighter, very strong and skilled (I trained with him a little at the seminar too). He also demonstrated with a long time wrestler (not a student of his either) and dominated him at wrestling range through yeilding, sticking and short range striking. What you can't appreciate on camera is his explosive power Still not convinced then try training with Wing Chun master Alan Orr and his Iron Wolves MMA team. He uses some similar methods
The Neff Also WTF is "modern combat"? It amuses me that people talk of old martial arts as if combat was somehow more civilised in the 1700s and what would work in streets and battlegrounds somehow wouldn't stand up today. We are living through the most peaceful period in world history. I agree that a lot of martial arts (including many Wing Chun schools) teach systems which are not fit for purpose. I see this more a byproduct of the "McDojo" commercialisation of martial arts by many post Bruce Lee etc. People would start whole classes based on very little skill and knowledge and sell it on to the masses then that is passed on down the chain.
@@williambrookings722, That guy is an MMA fighter? He doesn't even know how to throw a proper punch. I'm a MMA fighter and against a person like myself, all of those things the above will not work.
@@lionsden4563 Jason the ex MMA fighter is the black guy in his other vid (there's a short clip from it in here). He's a great martial artist in his own right and a good guy. @@williambrookings722, Ex MMA fighter? He doesn't have a good posture and can't even do a proper punch. He fought under which organization again? interesting again...i trained Wt for 20 years...the last years i see in different styles (not Wing Tsun)..things pretty similar.. thats a good thing i think. i would never think again that there exists a perfect system. be it wing tsung, Systema , Silat or whatever...i look very close on a system..not any system. i see same principles. only thing is. it has to work and if it fits to you..but getting better is hard work everyday training
Only one problem, though. You are still standing directly in front of him, and are subject to the hook, which you won't see in your peripheral vision until it is too late to stop! If you take an angled step to the outside of the attacking arm, with a body rotation towards the attack, you will out of reach of his counter and can safely move in. THIS is the main flaw of all modified systems, unfortunately. Only Wong Shun Leung's system deals with this effectively out of all modified systems. Traditional uses the original footwork (the circle inside the triangle), with the angled step and rotation to deal with the attack, and protects BOTH the center and CENTRAL LINE (the line starting from the shoulder in to the center at a 45 degree angle) at the same time.
The joining is the harmonious interaction of opposites. It has to happen first in order to understand the type and quality of incoming force you are dealing with. You then use that information to determine the proper balance of yielding and Na Ging to use to stay in control.
Sifu Sergio, do you think it's necessary to practice the actual Tai Chi forms and shapes, or is it enough to get the concept and find the internal feeling, then apply it to the Wing Chun shapes and movements? I'm practicing Wing Chun and Yi Chuan. I practiced Tai Chi in the past, but haven't found a teacher in my area with real internal power or practical skill, so I'm not doing those forms... but I still love the concept and idea of it, and sometimes do my wing chun very, very slow like Tai Chi Chuan to try to find good structure, deeper Sung, etc.
Mike Milligan if you read my book “The six core elements the SLT and history of Wing Chun” you find the answers you are looking for. The SLT set not to be confused with the SNT was the set that came from the fusion of Fujian White Crane and Emei And was a pure internal set, one close look at its kuen kuit shows you just that. So my internal Wing Chun stems from that although I also teach Yang Taijiquan in my association. I have an online Internal Wing Chun course you can take a look at www.experienceinternalwingchun.com
@@SifuSergioChannel Many thanks for the information-- I look forward to reading the book! I thought SNT and SLT was just some kind of dialect, pronunciation difference describing the same thing.... Big thanks.
After more than 20 ys of wc practice is more than a decade I lost every interest for martial arts, the invincibility aura from bruce lee was projected in he world in the wc system in the 80s that s why became obsessed. Today to me martial arts are just a childish way to be, not the way for a quest for truth. I remember changing bong sau every week to find the definitive one, while instead I discovered that does not exist, and the internal way is much more complex than a "little idea", so I kept " finding the bridge" in my way in life, avoiding to fight as a choice. I love to see this guy been friendly hit by his students and sending the video, Iadarola is in my model the only real master existing in martial arts. No I do not know him, but his reputation follow his acts and when I casually bump in him walking on Adam I see him for what he is, just a normal human being looking for continual perfection, and this is something I can truly relate to.
I NEVER saw this theory in wing chung. Thank you a lot ! Sifu Sergio. But how to gain this chi energy??? I'ts like science fiction.i just don't know how,and now I'm angry at myself.Because If i'm right you have to be relaxed when you're stikcing...but how can i be in my mind relaxed when someone is attacking me!?? Impossible! :/
@10:13 Sifu, your Wing Chun is very good. Especially your defense. However your strikes are missing an advanced fundamental. You need to strike from the shoulder/shoulder blade lever and then strike from the bicep/elbow 2/3rds of the way through your strike. Basically at the last instance that lever COULD strike. It's a stronger strike and it's MUCH safer for the wielder. This is not taught until advanced levels and is in fact the concept behind Bruce Lee's "One Inch Punch" The 2nd explosion timing changes based on the distance to the opponent and where you're striking them. This isn't taught at lower levels because newbies will ruin their elbows or pull/ tear muscles like crazy because they lack other fundamentals that would allow for this strike to be done safely.
1. This is not what anyone else in the world would call sparring. 2) If you had a knife this would make a lot more sense. 3) I think the knife gives wing chun life. Without it, it's just a bunch of silly talk and tap tap.
Billy Lo yes He was able to. if you ever seen other Sifu Sergio videos he discussed some of these attributes that Ip Man had and how some of Ip Man student or kung fu brothers has also. some taught more of this some taught less of this
The structure is there regardless of if you're thinking about it or not. It's the structure of being mindfully relaxed in your mind and body that creates it's own structure. That's why there's no power from the ground generation, because you don't need to align a structure from the support of your legs from the ground up. This type of structure remains even if you have no connection to the floor.
If your aim is to show the world how effective your wing Chun is then I urge you to show this by facing real opponents, real fighters, real boxers. In the end it is about who has the killer instinct, who has the best core and who has the best physical condition. Show us the real deal, take a professional boxer, I dare you. Making a video with groupies really is not convincing, it doesn't matter how big they are for they are groupies and are full of awe for you.
make a video with a real fighter... i dont mean a pro.. just an amateur boxer/mma guy who is not cooperative like this 2. those 2 guys are ridiculous... close to aikido stuff...
Chi magic isnt real this is all just body mechanics. Not to say that it isnt good technique he just makes it seem harder to achieve than it actually is. I mean it still takes many years but you dont have to harness magical energy
Very artificial stuff. If done with an Mma guy then I'm certain this guy would have difficulties. Please if you can do a sparring session with an MMA guy.
Taijiquan and WC have many of the same internal concepts, honestly a lot of internal kung fu, when done correctly is done this way, the only thing that separates the body engine from the system is the external movements you see, but everything is still the same internally.
@@Gieszkanne Certainly is the case for me, I've learned both internal sides of the arts, they all aim for the same thing, which is a concept called "Fong Sung". Literally google "kung fu fong sung" - the first thing that comes up are 2 videos side by side, one is Taijiquan and the other is Wing Chun, both on the topic of Fung Song. Of course, there are so many variations of Wing Chun and Taijiquan that I understand where you are coming from. Most Wing Chun schools are actually muscular, using tension to generate power etc, rather than fong song, which generates an entirely different force, one of much higher power than muscular force. This is the big common concept between WC and Taijiquan. They have different forms and ideas to reach this goal, but both are on the same path to reaching Fong Song, thus yes, from my experience, they have many of the same internal concepts/ideas to help you fong song. Hope this makes sense and clarifies things.
@@inspiringothers7197 Even the internal side of WC is different then Taiji. Watch some videos of Chu Chong Tin or Nima King. He said that CCT said that the internal concept and principal of WC is different. And he must know because he interchanged with Taiji Masters.WC has its roots in White Crane and not Taiji.
God bless. Take care.
Muay Thai is respected by WC. Also - what you see is indeed the most likely scenario to see. Most street fights don't involve MT artists, do they? :-)
It's not that much about the style, but how you practice and apply it.
I trained with Thai boxers as we shared the same training hall a couple of years ago.
From my experience, sparring with intermediate thai fighers: as long as I got into chi sao range they struggled with what to do, as WC is neither going for clinch nor for pull back into distance:
We stick and fire at close range, from angles and with short range power they didn't expect.
RUclipsr I was beginning to wonder if they were in some sort of strange brotherhood or something. :)
Ip man meets tai chi. Or simply vietnamese wing chun =)
I heard you're in Sydney now love to get some training with you. I live on the Goldcoast.
do you know what i think, i think chi idea taken from like two people fight with swords or poles or rods like parry in fencing nd other movements and they put it in arms
Thanks for this great video Sifu Sergio :) Loved it.Can you make a video that explains what it means (in your own opinion) to sink the Qi?
Sinking the Chi is to place the Chi below the belly button and all the way down to the bottom of your feet. Only a highly trained person can do that. Sorry I know you are not asking me. I couldn't help. :)
Hugo: Which lineage of Tai Chi do you think this is?
Ignore the naysayers. Master Paul Dong calls them Frogs in a well. they only see that small circle of sky and think that is the world. Try telling people about empty force. or sensing the opponents body right down to his past injuries. I wish I could train with you sometime. I cant even discuss these things with others.
Sifu Sergio thank you for all your hard work ! Sipak :)
As Sifu Mox says, " welcome what comes in, then show him the door!" And don't forget to kick him in the ass on the way out!
What you can't appreciate on camera is his explosive power
Still not convinced then try training with Wing Chun master Alan Orr and his Iron Wolves MMA team.
@@williambrookings722,
That guy is an MMA fighter? He doesn't even know how to throw a proper punch. I'm a MMA fighter and against a person like myself, all of those things the above will not work.
@@lionsden4563 Jason the ex MMA fighter is the black guy in his other vid (there's a short clip from it in here). He's a great martial artist in his own right and a good guy. Sergio has a very very high level of skill and has done martial arts all his life.
If you ever come to Birmingham UK check him out
@@williambrookings722,
Ex MMA fighter? He doesn't have a good posture and can't even do a proper punch. He fought under which organization again?
About Sergio, particularly on this video, those techniques the above doesn't work against a fully resisting opponent. Birmingham you say? Aight. I'm going to DM him.
FINALLY... i get it... can't wait to share in my next class
great information,,,but I understood that if you are using CHI,, the opponents force doesn't even enter the body,, but I May be wrong..
interesting again...i trained Wt for 20 years...the last years i see in different styles (not Wing Tsun)..things pretty similar.. thats a good thing i think. i would never think again that there exists a perfect system. be it wing tsung, Systema , Silat or whatever...i look very close on a system..not any system. i see same principles. only thing is. it has to work and if it fits to you..but getting better is hard work everyday training
Very hard to do. With some one with fast hands and lateral foot work
It's almost impossible to do this type of movement
Absolute skill
Thank you for the good explanation for stickiness!
At this level the choreography is not important.
You have shown beautiful Wing Chun, especially sticking hands
The joining is the harmonious interaction of opposites. It has to happen first in order to understand the type and quality of incoming force you are dealing with. You then use that information to determine the proper balance of yielding and Na Ging to use to stay in control.
Questo video in italiano non si puo avere ??? Grazie sifu sergio
Big thanks.
Can this be trained at full speed full force, or only at play fighting energy levels?
Yes, but it's pretty important to begin slowly, the slower you do things, eventually the faster you will get at them.
So how can I train with u
is this for kids too ??
GM Sergio thank you
You use the word "sticking" but perhaps a better word is connection.
No that's not, that can be misunderstood as just being in 'contact'.
absorb, float, sink, release/spit
I am a big fan of wing chun. I saw one of your videos here in cebu. Do you have any branch here ? I am willing to learn wing chun . Best Regards.. :)
can u sparring with the real boxer by useing these techniques,i mean real boxer?
No....because he would get the shit beaten out of him.

@@raoulschannel3428,
...that Sergio will get beaten? That's the truth mate. You know those things the above won't work against Boxers right?
You are great sifu!
YES...YOU UNDERSTAND THE ESSENCE...MY REGARDS...!YO SI GM. SAURUS...
Impossible! :/
Thanks.
Thanks.
honestly some of this looks like its from sytema, but that art is a hybrid martial art too.
A lot of training to overcome your flight/fight responses, and to remain completely calm and relaxed under stressful environments.
I wonder what made Sifu Sergio start another channel?
What’s your theory ? 🤨🤨🤨 Probably someone hit a nerve with him.
This is not taught until advanced levels and is in fact the concept behind Bruce Lee's "One Inch Punch"
The 2nd explosion timing changes based on the distance to the opponent and where you're striking them. This isn't taught at lower levels because newbies will ruin their elbows or pull/ tear muscles like crazy because they lack other fundamentals that would allow for this strike to be done safely.
Great stuff Sergio!
i bet a ufc guy how is one weight class above you would hit you up
"sticking" is easy to learn. Just wear a blind fold and dance with a partner.
Could this work with boxing gloves on?
It doesn't work with or without Boxing gloves.
Intermediate stuff. Anyone with a few years should understand sticking energy. Most dont put in proper time
I feel Blessed ..... thanks so much ...... see you one day... Sifu ;) One Love
little bit of systema
dao viet nguyen Both have the same basic concept
1. This is not what anyone else in the world would call sparring. 2) If you had a knife this would make a lot more sense. 3) I think the knife gives wing chun life. Without it, it's just a bunch of silly talk and tap tap.
Like Vinh Xuan, does not ?
Amazing level!
Was yip man able to do this?
Billy Lo yes He was able to. if you ever seen other Sifu Sergio videos he discussed some of these attributes that Ip Man had and how some of Ip Man student or kung fu brothers has also. some taught more of this some taught less of this
Very interesting
Wow! Sergio dove insegni? Dove vivo io non c'è possibilità di imparare arti marziali in questo modo... Vorrei davvero tantissmo imparare da te!
Where is the structure of WChun?? I don't see... ¿?
The structure is there regardless of if you're thinking about it or not. It's the structure of being mindfully relaxed in your mind and body that creates it's own structure. That's why there's no power from the ground generation, because you don't need to align a structure from the support of your legs from the ground up. This type of structure remains even if you have no connection to the floor.
that seems like Chai Sau to me
Good video
That is so awesome!
Wing Chun is becoming more and more like taichi :) i like that
Awesome!
Where the fuck have you been Frank, show us dim mac lol
Gread Sergio very beutifull
If your aim is to show the world how effective your wing Chun is then I urge you to show this by facing real opponents, real fighters, real boxers. In the end it is about who has the killer instinct, who has the best core and who has the best physical condition. Show us the real deal, take a professional boxer, I dare you. Making a video with groupies really is not convincing, it doesn't matter how big they are for they are groupies and are full of awe for you.
That is a strait back
Buy people have fast hands. It is still very hard to stick
make a video with a real fighter... i dont mean a pro.. just an amateur boxer/mma guy who is not cooperative like this 2.
those 2 guys are ridiculous... close to aikido stuff...
Yup.
Good stuff!
Chi magic isnt real this is all just body mechanics. Not to say that it isnt good technique he just makes it seem harder to achieve than it actually is. I mean it still takes many years but you dont have to harness magical energy
that is true, what you say!
Well yeah.
Chi is mind/body/breath or energy. It's used to describe all of it. Wing Chun is pretty pragmatic if not without flaws
You should only do your sticking with your girl
Very artificial stuff. If done with an Mma guy then I'm certain this guy would have difficulties. Please if you can do a sparring session with an MMA guy.
So correct
This is beautiful :) It's like a sibling version of Taijiquan.
It is rather Taiji than WC!
Taijiquan and WC have many of the same internal concepts, honestly a lot of internal kung fu, when done correctly is done this way, the only thing that separates the body engine from the system is the external movements you see, but everything is still the same internally.
@@inspiringothers7197 "Taijiquan and WC have many of the same internal concepts" That is not the case!
What is your lineage
