The absolute goddess of crochet patterns!!!!! This is hands down one of the most beautiful pieces I have worked. The pattern is challenging...beautifully written. Those who share my love of crochet will totally understand.
Love your shawls. I have bought 3 of your patterns and made 4 puff stitch shawls. Almost finished with the vela flower shawl and next is the butterfly shawl. I love having the pattern and your YT video. I never thought I could make such beautiful shawls. The people who received them absolutely love them.
you are a master at what you do. I've learned so much from you cant thank you enough for sharing your work. I've already finished Ana lucia shawl, i had so much fun making it I'm a beginner and i feel like that shawl upgraded me to intermediate. You are an amazing teacher. ❤
Hi Wilma!! I have been watching you make beautiful things for quite awhile and I hope you know what an amazing and patient teacher you are?! I learn something every tutorial I watch!! The Vela Flower shawl I made placed 3rd in my state fair competition! Oddly enough I had many crocheters tell me they are avid fans of your designs. This is in Oklahoma! Thank you for another amazing shawl!!🧶🤗❤️
This is gorgeous! Excellent tutorial. The namesake of this project shares my 3 year old great niece's name !❤ Thank you for sharing this and especially the story behind them. 😘
Nothing wrong with the pattern other than it being very very time consuming. I ended up frogging on the 3rd repeat because I was losing my "crojo" working this pattern. Also I was using a 3 weight and it was very heavy which may have been part of my issue. This is a n advanced project that you have to pay close attention to. Thank you for the beautiful pattern may attempt later down the road
Dear Wilma. I absolutely love your work! Thanks for your time and effort you put into YT and sharing with us. This is amazing! Could you please advise which of your shawls will look best in white???
Beautiful work. Can you design a shawl with a round bottom instead of the usual V bottom? I know u are very talented. You can do it😊Just tired of the V shaped bottom.....thank u...I will be checking from time to time to see.😊😊
Hello a friend just saw this pattern and loves the colors in the yarn you used do you have a link to that color combination ( I have been getting your newsletters too I must of missed this one ) its lovely
Hello Wilma, I found your channel whilst searching for a shawl pattern using worsted weight yarn. Right away I noticed your name "wilma". I have a cousin named Wilma. Her last name is bol, my relatives are fass, mass, and I'm a Blokhuizen 😊. Are you dutch by chance?. Your accent sounds familiar. Anyways, thank you for sharing your work 😊. P.S., ahh yes, I was right. I read a bit further and seen you mention your from the Netherlands 🇳🇱 .
This is beautiful work and your fingers are nimble to work with this type of yarn. Not sure if my inflamed fingers could handle such light weight yarn to get the right outcome tho 😔
Wilma I love your tutorials...mostly the shawls. I am not a fan of the deep point on the triangle shawls. What could I do at the spine to round out and soften the points. Thanks ♥
Hello, thank you so much for your work. I started this beautiful swal, but I can';t seem to be able to follow. First row 6, it's easy to follow, because you're doing it all the way. Second time row 6, what is the repetition? At 14:48, you say "then we continue the following till the center". But you need to tell us what is the repetition. It starts at 14:48, but where does it end, so we can repeat it till the center? Thank you.
how many cake yarn did u use for that size? i have 1 cake yarn 1094 yards. and on the pattern it didnt say how many or how many you used. i just wanna know if i would need to buy another cake to get that size. thank you!

Hi Diana, on Ravelry you can find many shawls that have a different shape.
Thanks!
Is this the same as the lighter shades of gradient yarn shawl you made? I really want to make that one for a prayer shawl.
What is the gradient for the pink to black with what looks like mauve in the middle Thank you
