Thanks for the video very informative. I am working on a project and I wanted to know if you can make a video on a 3D model. from solidworks or solidedge to ansys or if you could send me a link to some materials that can help. very much appreciated sir.
For equivalence ratio , All you need is the stoichiometry (mass) mixture fraction. For hydrogen and air this fraction is around 0.02916. you would create a custom field function defined as the hydrogen mass fraction and divided by 0.02916.
I have mailed you regarding our project. there three doubts. 1. should we take static temperatures and pressures or total temperature and pressure. 2. should the gauge pressure be 0 and operating 101325 pascal enough? 3. in our bases paper, the flow interaction with fuel is happening before the fuel injection location. I am not able to recreate that. can you please help me with it? would be really really grateful @@Ankit-NITian
Follow the same step. apply face meshing . keep the inlet gauge pressure zero. You will get good shockwaves. go with mesh size 0.25mm and keep 3000 iterations.

Sure..i will upload some videos related to your topic soon.
where are we supposed to enter the equivalence ratio .... in the solution step
Equivalence ratio value can be finded from mass fraction of hydrogen (fuel) ÷ 0.02916
sir I have a couple of doubts, how do i reach you>? I am an aerospace engineering student

May I inquire about why you used the Far Field inlet condition? My understanding was that PFF was best for external compressible flows.
Can you provide the link for the validation paper?

Please find the drive link of the attached research paper.
I must be doing something incorrectly. When I run it, the normal shocks don't form and there is a build up of 1.5 bar by the inlet.
Follow the same step. apply face meshing . keep the inlet gauge pressure zero. You will get good shockwaves. go with mesh size 0.25mm and keep 3000 iterations.
@@Ankit-NITian Got it to work. Thank you for the tutorial
my solution is not converging and I also referred to the paper also but no solution can you help me
