  • There is a pipe with wavy protrusions. It's a 2D axisymmetric geometry. Water is flowing through the pipe, the pipe wall and Wavy protrusions are at an temperature of 310K. Find out the Heat transfer coefficient and Nusselt Number.

    To compute surface htc, you have to give reference temperature in reference values tab in setup...have you considered inlet temperature as reference temperature or whatever the default temperature value was in reference values ?

      The reference values are default values as set by solver.
