    Hello sir, can u make a video about simulation on microchannel heat exchanger? It would be very useful if u can show the tutorial. If u want the model for that i can send to you.

    Is that mandatory to create new part in Design Modeller or is it ok to leave as they are after boolean operation?

    • @AnsysTutor
      @AnsysTutor  4 года назад +1

      It's not mandatory, if you are making all the parts into a single part ,then the geometry will be meshed as conformal meshing , without any contact surface generated in between them . If you are not doing the parts into a single part , then the geometry will be meshed as non conformal meshing, and will create contact surfaces in between them.

    hi bro i have a question, why in this tutorial you dont use face mashing?

    • @AnsysTutor
      @AnsysTutor  6 лет назад

      You can do any type of customization in meshing as per your requirement. In this tutorial we have used mainly edge sizing for better cell distribution in radial direction.

      You can unite them using Boolean tool or you can edit the sketch.

      Use the fill tool you can create internal domain inside any geometry. I had selected the tool then selected the internal face of the pipe and then clicked generate.
