Pokémon Adventures, the most known Pokémon manga is still not that well known so I'm trying to fix that by this new series covering the series in a sort of introductory way and where else better to start then the very first arc the Red, Green and Blue Arc so with that I hope you enjoy!

Bro I have been YERNING for this! Not a lot of people read the manga and the one I have meet only have read up to GSC so I feel like summary videos would be a nice gateway for the casual Pokemon Fan to get interested.
It gets much better after gsc by the way

I have been wanting this video about describing the manga for so badly. Can't wait til the Ruby and Sapphire episode, just the fact that they got all the badges and contest ribbons in an alloted time is insane.

Dude excellent vid on this run of pokemon adventures. I like your commentary on how they incorporated HMs from the game into the story and your edits like putting in the in-game sound fx when misty and red make a trade. Keep it up 🔥 looking forward to Part 2 and imma actually pick up the Gold/Silver run to read leading up to if you make a video on that

Not gonna lie. I'm excited for part 2. The first comic(manga) I was ever given was a pokemon chapter with Yellow. I still have it to this day

This was a pretty good recap video.
Just like all early Pokemon media, this chapter has its flaws, but I would say this adaptation is excellent. It had some memorable fights, funny interactions, that memed to hell Arbok panel, and is just a great start to what would be a long running series.

I love Ash and all. But I always wished this got animated. I’ve had a hard time getting into anything after the yellow chapter but never understood why we never got a 24 episode anime depicting the red blue, green chapter and the yellow chapter. It feels like a nice complete story ha ha

I hope this continues. It's really hard to get a hold of the mangas here in Slovakia. There is only liek one store that sells them. And they are in Czech. Thankfully I speak Czech pretty well but they only have the gen 1 and 2 mangas and they're usually sold out of them

This part in the manga is SO HYPE. Like it just has no reason being as unabashedly cool as it is. This was the moment I became totally cool with how different the manga was from the games and anime.

Every time I see this panel 2:46 I always remember The first time I started reading the Pokemon adventures manga as an adult and got the biggest flashback of my life
Of myself being a 7 or 8 year old in my old house reading the first volume
And it was like magic I got so many memories returning

And this is in Greece I think we only got somewhere after Red meet Misty and the Gyarados
love how Misty is shown coming from wealth. Not Sure if this is something that's already been a thing
This manga is peak Pokemon for me. It brings everything I liked from the games and anime as a kid, but adds to it in interesting ways. The characters and world are more interesting than any other interpretation I've seen.
I can see this as an anime or even in a pokemon spin-off game. Now i want to finish the manga.

I like (or rather don’t) how you introduce the rival as Blue, whilst stating he could also be called Green depending on the translation, but don’t offer the same courtesy for the girl, simply calling her Green.

4:37 I really, really like this panel in particular. We already saw that Red had what it takes to become a great Trainer one day, and you could just tell-at this moment right here-that the story of Kanto’s GOAT was about to begin.

The Pokemon Adventures manga is criminally underknown. You're doing a great service! I consider the manga to be canon over the games and anime.

When Alpha Sapphire and Omega Ruby came out, I was weirdly livid when Norman wasn't the abusive father that he was in the manga. I get it's a kids game, but when a character is so well-written you want him to be a piece of crap, you've done something right.

I highly recommend Pokemon fans to play Pokemon Adventure Red Chapter. It is a custom rom built to play as Red and sometimes even as Green and Blue.
