I made this, but as written, there was not enough liquid for my pot. It wouldn't come to pressure. So I added about 3/4 cup of water, and it worked. It has plenty of flavor, so the additional water was not a problem. I would make this again.
The recipe looks good, so I'll give it a try, but will make my own keto tortillas. Just to weigh in on your presentations style, I'm hooked! Your's are the most entertaining videos that I watch on YT and, trust me on this, I watch a LOT of videos. Keep up the great work!
