  • My 6 favorite tips for losing fat fast & breaking through plateaus ⬇️
    1. Eat a protein-rich, substantial breakfast; you will eat less all day.
    2. Replace a meal a day with a shake; you’ll lose more weight and keep it off. Start with a high-quality protein powder; add healthy fats, flax seed, and slow, low carbs. This works so well because protein helps you feel fuller, longer.
    3. Don't chow down before bed. Create a fasting period of twelve to fourteen hours.
    4. Find hidden sugars & lower your sugar impact. You know you’re adding sugar to your coffee, but what about that yogurt? Often it's loaded with fruit juice concentrate, which is high in fructose.
    5. Burst to blast fat! Walk for a few minutes, and then go as hard and fast as you can for thirty seconds, until you're out of breath, then walk it off for twice as long. Repeat for four to eight minutes of bursting in thirty second increments.
    6. Practice "caloric variability." A few times a week, replace starchier carbs like quinoa pasta with non-starchy vegetables. It's not just about lowering calories; it's about shifting foods.

    I have lost 20 lbs this summer by using these principles. I have more energy so I'm now walking 3-4 miles a day 5 days a week and brain fog is gone. This stuff works.

    I just ordered your Cookbook and I'm so exited! I started the Low SI 3 days ago and have had very little sugar and been going 16 hours fasting during the night and morning. I have seen a improvement In my psoriasis ALREADY! In 3 days!

      Regurgitating some old crap, brain doesn't need glucose. 16/8, 20/4, or OMAD is better than the crap, from 70s.

    I have a tsp of raw honey and sea salt before bed because of adrenal issues. I also have to snack throughout the day (fruit and veg for sodium potassium sugar)

    If I haven't eaten since dinner (12-14 hours or so) I have to have something to chew. A shake just doesn't do it for me. Give me my egg, sprouted bread toast, and fruit.

    Great advice JJ Virgin. Although no breakfast and an 8 hour eating window works for me. I'm gonna try mix it up a bit by like you say varying your diet each day.

    I just drink a lot of hot water and hag helps me balance my weight but the high protein breakfast thing I think I can do this diet easily

    I'm enjoying your videos however some of the things you suggest I'm not able to do. I'm 75 and need desperately to loose weight. Seven years ago I had to have heart surgery and found out at that time there were many more health problems. Since getting older I have chronic back problems and there are times I have problem just getting to bathroom which is less than 10 feet from my living room. Been times where I actually had to crawl due to nerve being pinched so badly made it impossible to put weight on left side. Can you suggest ways of doing something that will have same effect as the burst you spoke of. Would appreciate anything as I now have more belly fat than anyone should have and about 60 pounds over weight.

      To lose weight the formula is simply to reduce the amount of food you eat daily. There's no magic pill, eat less, weigh less. Fill up on high fiber foods like cucumbers, apples, lettuce, spinach and eggs that will keep you feeling fuller for a longer period of time.

      How about going swimming? Walking of about 8000 to 9700 steps daily will significantly improve your healthy. My advice xould be get a step machine. Get some resistance bands to do lower body moves with more impact

      Drink a calming cup of chamomile tea at night to make it easier to fall asleep

    Her "facts" are not really facts... In particular eating before bed, is way overblown. The SIGNIFICANTLY more impactful part is reducing your eating window. There are certain types of foods that have actually been shown to enhance sleep if eaten an hour or so prior to bed which is again SIGNIFICANTLY more valuable for your hormones.
