The Oblivion Developers were high on Skooma.
The most fun state is after stealing the bust the watch assigned to the waterfront are locked to sprint, could you replicate like 80 guards to work at the waterfront and then trigger that event. They do also talk to eachother it'd be like a bee hive till they all end up in the water near that forbidden boat.

How do you get people to do stuff like that? There's also an argonionian in leywin who tries to lockpick and the sound is great just keeps breaking unlimited lockpicks it funny to listen to but idk how to get people to pickpocket or lockpick like I see on RUclips you using console?
But, is there a way to cause such tomfoolery in the game? I've played Oblivion quite a lot and never seem so much.
Maybe not all but some you can cause. Chaos is easy. Like steal from a guard with a bow and he fires at you. Run towards another guard and then zip out of the way. Archer guard hits other guard and they start to fight each other. Townspeople pick sides. Keep it up district by district and all of the Imperial City is one big donnybrook. You can get mages in Arcane University doing the same.
Latest crazy I saw is I walk into Olav's in Bruma after the stuffed head dropped on Baelin and his old guard, Grom, is running around in there trying to kill an innocent townfolk. I left and did some shopping and came back and Grom was drinking at the center table with said townfolk draped over the table dead.
Meanwhile my fence, Ongar, was going around stealing food off a side table. Which he does often. Not that rare. But Olav's is always good times. Half the time I enter a plate or fork just springs up and flies into the air from the center table for no reason at all.
3:51 How so? I don't remember that Oblivion had physics for static objects like tables, chairs and barrels.

I love messing with game engines. Some of the most entertaining stuff is when the unexpected strikes. 😁
My personal favorite was in Skyrim when I was stopped by a guard during a dragon sequence, and while the guard was chastising me, the winged serpent bloody well screeched, swooped in, and that was the last I ever heard or saw from that helmed hunk o' junk. Just... you know: VVVTTT! Gone in a flash and a roar. 🔥🐲🔥

About half of these are console-engineered, but still funny.
It's either modded or is manipulated through console commands but is still funny.
In some scenes you can see objects and containers flying around. That's the mod "MMPTCnC Gold Edition" (adds physic to almost every static object). But most of the video is just unmodded gameplay.
Oh a lot of stuff like this just happens during normal game play I assure you.
