Don't get me wrong. I don't dislike Creations, or even the Horse Armor DLC, but Creations, they have the same issue with recycled dialogue.

ALL of Oblivion's small DLC did that. Each and every single one. Only Knights and Shivers did anything else.

@@pathogenofdecay Creations, where everything delivered in notes. Seriously, if Bethesda wanted to make a DLC collection of mods, they should've IMPROVED them in a way a modder COULDN'T. Get the voice actors in for a session to churn out voice lines to make them feel actually like vanilla.

That's because they would need to employ the voice actors again, which would be a waste of time for a micro dlc that adds barely anything.
Creation club stuff also does that, it's always an NPC with a generic line giving you a note with all the info on it.
