Great review of a so it seems beautiful piano. I don’t think I ever saw such a wide range of different piano songs played on a piano presentation. Usually they only play one style and that’s it. I really enjoyed your presentation 👍
I can't be a customer because I am just a music listener and interested in this kind of technology. But I enjoyed your marvelous explanation and demonstration very much. I was really astounded by this electronic piano like a baby who first hears piano sound.

Yamaha has done such a stellar job with the CLP series of hybrids...they have to be eating into the sales of acoustic piano's. Which are mostly bought for the home..the majority of piano sales. Why would anyone who isn't a professional artist need an acoustic piano today? The quality of the simulations are SO GOOD. No longer are we wearing weak attempts (as we did in organs from decades ago). The computer TECH is that good today. High quality speakers and amps. No more cost saving machinery resembling kids toys. Being able to go silent MATTERS in the home. Any home. That's the reality. How often did we hear "...do you have to practice NOW???!!! I'm trying to...".

I love how you catered the song to the patch selected, I love your enthusiasm, and you are a veritable fountain of information delivered succinctly and with no unnecessary filler. I hope you own that shop, because otherwise they're lucky to have you! You're also an amazing pianist! I know we cant really compare accoustic vs digital overall. But Does the sound of grand piano in CLP 785 good enough or as good as Yamaha U1 upright ?

No doubt that with your catching positive aura you could definitely sell anything to anybody. Pianos, insurances, vanilla ice with sausages. If I would not live in germany, I would buy a piano at your store and nowhere else! ;)

Hi Jay, Bluetooth headphones encounter too much latency when used with digital instruments. There are Wireless Instrument headphones now starting to enter the market.. A comparison with the outgoing model, the CLP 685, would have been useful (in particular, the piano action).
I have the CLP 685 and I'm a bit skeptikal that the sound of the 785 have been improved.
