No but you can buy a house in London or a much bigger apartment
I mean, if you think that 7 million is justified for that, you’re mental. It could be straight in the center of buckingham palace and it would still be overpriced.
What they seem to forget is that no one wants to live in those places.

I mean, I know there's a million comments about how mad London prices are in every single video, but it's pretty hard to refrain from commenting, the madness of the London housing market is not something one can easily get over!
@@wuzumaki the only reason why places like London or Los Angeles is overpriced because a lot of celebrities and famous people live there. People go to these places because they want to live the “fancy life” and achieve their dreams of being famous.
Where are the wardrobes for the 3 out of the 4 bedrooms? Except for the principle room, I could only see chest of drawers in the others.
A £7m property and only two drawers in the freezer - not sure about that.

The tiny ass fridge just makes no sense at all.
Guys, this is the kind of property which would appeal to someone from abroad who fancies buying their son/daughter a crash pad when they come to London for a few days/weeks over the summer holidays for example. They won't be indoors cooking big meals but will be out all day and night at fancy restaurants. They will then go back to their main home/mansion for the rest of the year or their other holiday homes elsewhere around the world.
You can't expect people who live in Zone 1 to eat out every night!

They are not huge but I think that location & the historic style of building have made the apartment so expensive .
They are very narrow, that’s all.

I noticed no wardrobes in any of the bedrooms.....for that price, I'd expect a walk-in wardrobe for each room. Lovely apartment otherwise.
In a place like this you would expect built in wardrobes for all bedrooms and walk-in for the master only.
Quite deliberate move by the clever interior designers. To fit any furniture, fitted or free standing takes up space and they want to give the illusion of space. For the money those bedrooms are small, no room for fitted furniture.

I noticed there isn’t a laundry room! However beautiful Penthouse, not keen on the outside view. Excellent if you want to live in London.

I think they're living in a standard terrace, but that's only assumptions from their other 'how to property invest' (or something like that) videos where they show themselves in their home. My point is that they probably won't show their home because it's not the luxury standard they're used to showing people. Also it's likely a privacy thing, which is understandable.

Did I miss the storage in the bedrooms? It looked like only the master had actual hanging space! Too linear and very narrow hence the small bedrooms. Hence the problem in selling it.
Summer and the design style of this penthouse match perfectly
What I like about this unit is that all the rooms are on same level. With 4 rooms I think it’s best to have an 8 seater dining table, double door fridge freezer. No television in the rooms? Over and above, I love it.

Thanks for the video! A very interesting apartment but the layout certainly had the feel of a commercial building conversion. If working from home becomes more popular the demand for office space may decline meaning redesigning properties to provide homes could become a trend.

For the price tag it is missing grandeur. The interior decorateur has done a great job. The rooms however are to narrow und feel small. Most of the rooms don't have built-in closets, so even more space will be deducted to in order to hang your clothes. There is also no pantry or laundry room. The duplex appartment looked better at short glance. I would not spend 7M on that penthouse.
Starting my studies (and a new life) in London later this year. It'll take me a while, but I'll work & earn my way to a place like this.
That must be the best of both worlds. Living right in the city but being so high up you have the peace and privacy you'd expect only from the countryside. Also with that high-spec finish you could move straight in!

Summer was so great in this video, i love when she does the walk arounds!
I'm opening myself up to hate here ... but ... I actually prefer when Matt does the walkarounds. Summer has a habit of stating the obvious whereas I feel Matt gives more useful information on the properties. Just my opinion.

Finally a luxury home with dual sinks in the master in England. I loved it all cept designers need to build wall niches into the showers for all your toiletry bottles. Where do you put your shampoo, conditioner, soap and shaving things?? On the floor? I see this in every video in the UK.

Beautiful apartment overall, I do think that the corridors are a bit narrow and the bedrooms don’t receive a lot of natural light, so areas seem a bit boxy, but nonetheless still beautiful. The primary bedroom en-suite is my favourite space and the study

Omg I can’t imagine having this sort of money . It’s a beautiful apartment but I definitely would expect a larger fridge / freezer , a utility room and walk in wardrobes.

You will rarely find a utility room in any London apartment Louise. We tend to rely on integrated appliances in the kitchen or sometimes a utility cupboard with a washing machine and dryer inside. A full town house possible would have a proper utility room depending on its size.

Too many bathrooms and toilets, lost space that should have been used to expand the living room space in particular. I don’t like this arrangement.

One question. Where do people that can afford to buy this expensive apartments and houses that you show keep their clothing, shoes etc. ? I have seen a lot of your videos and i am surprise to see that there are no enough closet and walk in closets do not exist. In this apt there is only one area for that.

That is not the best place in london. Theres Road closures everywhere, expensive parking, limited parking, pollution, excessive debris on pavements, heavy traffic everywhere, no community feel, too many one way streets and turning restrictions.
If you want it for investment go ahead.
