It’s just a show setting for the house itself. Usually one would remove all the loose furniture and decor. Wall finishing looked great, flooring... well, up to tastes, but I would have preferred other wood. Kitchen and bathroom fixtures ok, more or less, perhaps some sinks would need replacement, and I couldn’t see the faucets. But then clearly all the rest could and would go for the eventual buyer.

I just wanted to drop a line to say that this tour was amazing. Very well presented by a very charming lady. The property is amazing too. The price is of course extortionate for a mortal like me but it's quite a large property in a historic building, in central London so it is what it is. I don't event want to know the ongoing costs. Not too keen on some of the interior design elements, such as plain gray curtains in every room, office type bucket dining seats, dark flooring etc. but it's my personal opinion. I'm sure if you have £16 mil then you can have it changed according own taste too. Great tour, and I like the variety this channel offers. Looking forward to the next one.

Great video tour presented by Hannah, still miss matt and summer and i hope that they also up their presenting skills to match. If i had won the lottery i would have thought about buying this property based on this video tour, feels just about right not over the top and not

Beautiful penthouse! I wouldn’t choose grey but maybe the designer wants to match the colour of the sky with the decor. 😂

Dark blue and grey are an allusion to the color of the seas the night the Titanic went down.

I get the sense it’s “really lovely.”
“Oooh, hidden storage behind the mirror!”
The other line I love is “what a luxury to have your own study.”
Fabulous presenter though. I guess at this price point it makes sense to hire an actress for the walkthrough. She’s great.

I am a big fan of Belgravia... I am a huge fan of anything west of Buckingham palace, basically anything Kensington and west.
Eaton, I adore, and who knows... one day?
Also like Chelsea and Battery Park, though probably less gentrified than Notting Hill... affords lovely views, lovely neighborhoods.
West London is in fact the bomb... outskirts of London, it just gets more gorgeous.

For £16m …. a gym, cinema and pool should be standard. I think the house is around 5 million and the other 11 million plus is for the location..😊Beautiful home though
