Aku pun pernah tinggal di UK masa kecik. Lepas SPM langsung tak minat nak study overseas sebab aku rasakan apa yang aku nak dan rindui semuanya ada di Malaysia.
Cuaca Malaysia panas. Sejuk-sejuk ni buat kulit kering lepas tu rimas lah nak pakai baju berlapis-lapis. LOL. Tinggal Malaysia je lah senang. Pakai baju 1 lapis aje...
Makanan tak payah cerita lah. Payah nak jumpa kicap apatah lagi sos cili. Fish and chips makan dengan cuka je, adoyaiii, hmmm...tak payah lah. Hahahaha...

i used to live in England for a year. all i can remember is having fever. hahahaha... my body cannot stand cold. im a pure malaysian body. 😂😂😂😂😂😂 i love the heat and the rain.
I was in England for 2 years in the 90s. Initially it was interesting with the 4 seasons. But when it was winter life was difficult becoz of the freezing cold, slippery snow and ice, many shops closed and transportation was difficult. The scenery was beautiful in many places but still I longed to return to Malaysia for teh tarik, lepak2 at mamak and friendly faces of Malaysian of all races. It was sweet staying in England but Malaysia is the best

Yeah, absolutely agreed with you. This year, i went to Jogjakarta, Indonesia, Maldives, Cambodia and Ho chi Minh (Vietnam). I have been in Singapore too before. And i love Malaysia the most. The more i travel, the more i appreciate Malaysia. From food prices, scenery, infrastructures and the people. Thank you and please stay longer here in Malaysia

When I was in England every time I met with mat salleh there and said I’m from Malaysia, they all be like, “Oh Malaysia is a beautiful country, I like Malaysia.”
And when asked if they prefer England or Malaysia they chose Malaysia because of the weather. I lived in England once and I still prefer England because of the weather eventho it can be pretty cold sometimes 😅.

its not that we dont appreciate Malaysia, truth is i think many Malaysian dont really stay outside Malaysia so we dont really know the differences.

malaysia is awesome. you can not compare australia....australia not in the same class...any australian who got to malaysia gets a shock because we realise malaysia maybe 10 or 15 times better. actually you can nor compare. my wife from indonesia and we always stay in malaysia. we love indonesia as well but Malaysia is just the best for livng. Penang and Langkawi is my favourite so far.

Personally, I prefer Malaysia's weather. I dont like the cold. The food in Malaysia is quite.. reasonable though they are delicious. This is probably my first time seeing a foreigner live in malaysia for months.. it's really shows how Malaysia have progressed these days

As the saying goes, the grass is always greener on the other side. I went to London and Paris last year in March and the weather was very cold. I couldn't even walk on the street at night. As to food, it is difficult to find good cheap Asian foods like in Malaysia. Anyway, it's good to experience other people's culture

Being a Malaysian who currently lives in UK for five years now, I have ups and downs here. This month the weather is scorching hot hot hot. No airconditioning in my flat, which is typical for most flats and residences in the UK. However, that's nothing as I used to hot weather. However my only complaints here in the UK is during Winter where it's pretty hard to see the sun, as the cloud and sky was always gloomy. I was however diagnosed with SAD (Season Affective Disorder) pretty rare for an Asian guy like me. As for the cold I don't really complaint much. Hehehe...obviously I love it. And now am dreading for the cold season to come fast looming. Yes I really miss Malaysian foods, lepak (hanging out) late night at kedai mamak with friends. It has been a beautiful experience so far living in the UK, can't wait to go back to Malaysia. As the Malay Proverb saying goes "Hujan Emas Negeri Orang, Hujan Batu Di Negeri Sendiri" which literally translates "No Place Like Home" hahaha I guess.
I am a Malaysian and I studied and lived in England for 6 years. I had a chance live in England but chose to be back here where the weather is warm all year long and the food is great. I played football for my uni and had to play through the winter. I must say, i did not enjoy that because it got so cold I could not feel my feet and my nose felt as it it was not there. Here I picked up golf and I can play all through the year if it's not raining. In England I don't think I can golf from December to March when it's the coldest. It's great to have the sunny weather all year long.

I have spent an equal amount of time in Malaysia, New Zealand, Australia and England and I can't say one is better than the other. All countries have their amazing points and lousy points too. Currently I am in Australia and am missing the other three countries, but when I was in the UK, I missed Australia and the other two countries a lot too. Sometimes it sucks when you have too many options, you find it hard to just establish yourself in one country and stay there.

England is cold and wet most of the time. Summer is so short there. Malaysia is way cheaper and foods are amazing, the weather is nice but hot & humid .. sometimes i feel like it's too hot and too humid.

Malaysia is a beautiful country with lovely people who enjoy a good standard of living. It's also a peaceful country with three different races living in harmony. Malaysians are generally very warm and friendly. They look happy and always willing to help. They are usually hospitable and will welcome you to their homes to share a meal and enjoy their company, unlike some parts of the world where they are very reserved and "cold".
