This song also wins in that Cake is willing to not load every second with a wall of sound. There is empty space in there. And it is good. this was my go-to song when i was feeling depressed after dropping out of high school in early 2013, i remember just binging Shameless and this song came at the end of the episode and it stuck to me ever since, i found myself just randomly linstening to it at 2am just doing nothing on computer staying late, this song will always remindme of that, of those pointless nights now im starting the new job tomorrow and im staying up late for no reason, anxious and depressed and listening to this again, 5,6 years later...

Even this one kinda feels like it rides the line sometimes- in short, not enough Cake in their new albums.
