- The "All Perk Streak" is a challenge that requires us to win 30 consecutive games using every perk and character in Dead by Daylight. With stress building up, we came across a lobby that looked quite troublesome. And we were right to be concerned, as they were easily the best team we had faced yet.

it's always like that even if you dont get the bug, for some reason bubba never has his chainsaw after the match

I was there live when the bubba bug happened and the entire chat was heartbroken, they were begging for the match not to count and to go for a redo. Really glad he got a do over cause after the bug happened it was just so soul crushing for everyone involved
The worst part was the fact that it was obvious that the guys were stream sniping. They even admitted in the endgame chat but backpedalled when otz asked again.
Yeah, if that sort of bug had happened in a Pro Match, that'd be a Restart for sure. He was still in a spot where they could've goofed and given him the match back, or he could have clutched hard. No question, that's a rerun for Bubba.

1) They were indeed Stream Sniping.
2) He has to win with every perk *once.*
3) A bug literally cost him the match.

@@brodiemorris2081 survivor pudding is basically confirmed to be made from survivors. Make you survivor pudding either means that he will cook and presumably force not otz to cannibalize with pudding or that he will kill not otz and make him into a pudding

This nemesis game was wild. I remember watching this live and I won’t lie my butt was clenched the whole time.

For those trying to avoid having the chainsaw bugged indefinitely on Bubba, the main way it happens is if you bump and break a pallet in very quick succession (14:47). If you see here, this results in the tantrum icon showing up, but with you still recharging tokens as normal. The result of this bug is if you fully rev your chainsaw, you'll instantly tantrum. After the tantrum your chainsaw will have to regain it's tokens, but it'll be back to normal after this inconvenience, so try and do it as soon as possible.
Idk the entire specifics on why the chainsaw would become completely unusable, but in this case it's because Otz didn't fully rev (14:58), so the "overheat" mechanic activated improperly and once it filled up it disabled his chainsaw forever (15:03). This bug has been in the game for at least a year, so I'm unsure if it's been patched, especially since the way it happens is very frame perfect.
It's still here in 24 lmao

Wow, thats actually a tough decision what to do with a match (chainsaw bug). Its completely unfair that you will lose a streak bcs of a bug, even if a chance to win was only 1%. For example, you showed us this 1% at the start, when you played Nemesis (Incredible match) so you made a right call to replay a game! Thank a lot for your videos man, they give me such a huge emotions!
When the survivor mistimed the locker and it instantly cut from her surprised face to the final animation of being hooked that was such a funny edit, thank you for that!🤣

I'd personally be very interested in a video where you explain the "meta-stuff" more in detail like the char/cosmetic choices by the survs you mentioned here
it's mostly playing girls because they're smaller and using darker cosmetics or if you're using an offering, cosmetics that match the tone of the map. stealth is in such a weird spot where it's both overrated and underrated in this game, and in comp the killer taking even 1 second longer to find you can be huge, so you see stealthier cosmetics.
The bugged chainsaw match definitely shouldn't of counted as a loss, since something completely out of your control happened. No matter how far the match had already gotten, you still had a chance of winning, no?
The only way he would have came back would be if the survivors bombed hook if he camped the last survivor. Other than that the last gen was more than 60% completed when the chainsaw bugged out. I personally would have counted it but I could see why others think to not count it.
@@MacaroniMan_ to be fair he just demonstrated a really bad nemesis game that he pulled from the brink. plus there's the idea of survivors being toxic/overconfident getting them killed, so there's always a chance.

15:00 Otz this was a big Mistake, when a survivor falls from a height like that they cannot use Dead Hard for 2 seconds because they are "stunned", so this could've been an instant hit without waiting for it!

14:47 this bug happens when you hit a wall and a pallet almost at the same time.
You will see the icon of the tantrum replacing the chainsaw, if you want to fix this you need to fully charge your power and it will play the tantrum animation instead of the normal chainsaw animation otherwise you will stay bugged the rest of the match.

I'm glad you mulligan'd the Bubba game. Even when you think the odds are slim (and let's be real, you tend to be harder on yourself than you deserve) you really did have a chance at winning that game, even if it WAS only the 1%.

The thing with a bug like this, is that even though the match was very firmly on the side of 'losing', Bubba has one of the highest chances to just reverse sweep abruptly too. All it would take is catching two in a single sweep trying to be extra altruistic during the end game to flip it hard. So I think a re-do is definitely the valid call here.

Hello from Australia Otz!! I've been a huge fan for a long time, and I wanted to say that while I love these videos and the way they're made, I've always been one of the people who prefers to see full videos of games being played out. These are great, but being honest I miss when your streaks were just a few games shown in their entirety, I think it would be great, and get a lot of views, if you posted some minimally edited games or even full vods, possibly with the queue/load times cut out or something. Thanks for the videos!!
15:52 I'd say encountering a bug is just like encountering a cheater: it invalidates the game and you play again. In the case of a bug you either get an unfair advantage or an unfair disadvantage so it isn't viable any more.
