For those of you like me who was having a problem with the machine not filling with water and going straight into the wash cycle just let the machine run for a minute or two. Apparently the machine is designed to do that "dry" cycle in order to guage the weight and size of the load. Just wait and it will start to fill

yeah but it's useless, I washed a single polo shirt and it used a full tank of water, there's no way to adjust the water level and this is BS

Is there a way to stop the machine from the pre-wash spin to balance the load? It seems it throws the load more out of balance than anything.

Hi! I am having the E4 off balance error code. The drum fills with water and the agitator goes and makes a horrible winding sound and stops to agitate the other way some and then stops and drains. Any ideas?

This machine is a bad purchase. Staring sounding like a helicopter right after warranty ran out. Never finishes just keep rewashing. No wonder it was on sale for clearance
I did the spinning test and it only drains the water, it makes sound but the center area doesn't spin

What do you do if the washer is plugged in, but not powering on. Note no breaker has tripped, an washer is plugged in properly.

Mine stopped spinning so I took out the motor and noticed that the C-clip that holds up the bearing had slipped down and the rotor wasn't sittin' pretty inside the stator. Once I slipped the c-clip back in place the washer motor worked fine. I have to say that this washer is made very well and I love the logic to the engineering. The drum stabilizers need a little help but besides that this baby should last a long while. Pity for the C-clip design. Good luck.

C-clip? How the C-clip looks like? I really really love this machine and the are pretty expensive and I don’t want to buy another if I know is a simple fix. Can you help me? I also change the belt that broke. I have only have the machine for 2 1/2 yrs. Love the technology on it.
@@marielpiedra1898 I’ll try to put up a diagram later. In the meantime if this is actually the same problem I had then this is what you. Empty stagnant water into a bucket by releasing tube on drain valve. Then turn the washer on its side but not all the way. Put a box or something to hold it about a foot off the ground. Check to see if this is really your problem. Grab the wheel on the motor (the motor is off to the side not in the center of the drum) with the belt attached and try moving it up and down. It should not move that much at all and if you pull it down and see a little rust showing then the clip fell off. Next unbolt the motor from the drum. If you want to get it all the way out you’ll need to unravel all the wires to reach the connector tied up in a little plastic baggie. But if you don’t mind laying on the floor during the whole ordeal unraveling won’t be necessary. After you get the motor off unbolt the head of the motor housing and pull out the coil. On the top you’ll have to look for an E clip (basically a C clip but looks like an E) slide the coil back in place until you see a groove in the rod (shaft) where the clip fits. Fit it back in and close it up and get them clothes washed. My clip was warn and loose so I squeezed it back together to refit. You might want to just buy a new one. The cap may have slipped onto the groove in the shaft so it may be a little tricky moving into place. Good luck.

I think the problem for mine is when I hit temp during diagnostic. The drum starts spinning out of control and banging up against the walls of the washer

When the agitator checks the load and twists during the wash cycle is it supposed to go in both directions or only one direction? I think mine might be having an issue. Thanks

So my hot water inlet valve blew during cold weather and water was shooting everywhere for hours while I was at work. I replaced the inlet valve and now the interface is turning on but nothing else is happening. Trying to determine if I need to replace the user interface (turns on and light show but the three buttons to test is are not putting it in the mode) vs the electronic control (which I popped out and looked at and nothing visibly looks fried on it). Please help!!!!
The water probably got into the washer computer board and damaged it, so you will have to replace it probably.

We are getting E2 and it’s behaving as if it won’t call to drain. It will spin if I make it manually but I have to drain the water into the sump pump. It won’t go on its own. We have replaced the drain pump, still nothing.

I fixed that problem by re-leveling the washer. That simple. If that doesn't work try resetting by unplugging washer for a few minutes, plug back in and then open and close your lid for 6 times. Turn on and it should be reset.

Too bad you couldnt' check the water valves....this is the first time I am using this machine...water will not come into the machine at all...it starts agitating immediately with the clothes bone dry and wads and bunches them all up...I have tried everything I know to do with this machine. Any ideas??

I does a dry run when it first starts...its testing the weight and how much clothes are in the machine...after about two-ish minutes it will run water...its in the manual

What about 32 and the washer isn't doing any sound
Mine spins in one direction fine, and clicks when spinning in the other direction. Also- it fills with water in “tub clean” but doesnt fill with water in any other mode. And just goes straight into a wash spin
