As a BI analyst another version of data analyst lol, I have been in my company for almost 3 years and I believe that is the magic number to become a sr analyst within your company or look somewhere else. Python is a must to learn as a sr analyst, I already been using python for 2 years and I am the python guy in the company that I work for. Another thing to add is learn some sort of project management tools, I used Microsoft loop and I am on top of my projects.
