Good morning Zdenka, I am new to using a gimbal but find your tutorial very good , we are going on holiday in a couple wks time to the Maldives and fully intend to use my gimbal as much as possible . I am watching your tutorials as much as I can so I may be able to get some good shots / videos . I've literally been taking notes from a couple of your videos that I can use in the field. I do have a question though - If I'm shooting at 60fps, what's the general rule for slowing them down in the final mix with a program like Adobe Premiere or Davinci Resolve? Thanks.

If your timeline is 24fps, then you can slow it down to 40%

I ended up going for the om5 because I got a good deal!
things I don't like... the way it tilts is annoying but I see you pull out the extension to make it more like the smooth 5 style
the clip barely clips on any case better to be caseless, I can't close the gimbal with the clip I gotta take it off and I don't know where to keep it and I don't want it to get lost
but other than that I'm having a blast, I prefer the osmo pocket for a quick gimbal shot but if I have a little time to setup then this osmo Is AMAZING you were right, I'm having so much fun especially for vertical shooting and I can control in filmic pro which is awesome
I wish I could charge my phone with this gimbal maybe in the future theres Magsafe charging or even Magsafe mount because I hate this clip!!
but as long as I have no case its okay, I just hope it works with moment case!
I just hate that I can't really go low mode without just going under slung, also, changing modes in the mimo app is annoying I think thats why they put a screen on the om6, I hate how clicks the control pad is but eh, I will check out the om4SE if I find a good deal its fun to try all the gimbals!!! :D
the smooth 5, is that over rated or under rated? or the m3 or m2s
I think the annoying thing about the om series gimbals is the phone often hits the gimbal arm its not out of the way so the movement isn't completely free
and its not completely portable because you have to set it up still so it does take some time, but its nice to fit in your pocket

I have a challenge that you may want to address: since I use 2 cameras: action cam insta 360 one R and Google pixel 6 to shoot videos, the output from both of them are way different. How does one make all the clips look identical .. it looks to be an uphill task.

That is strange… if you place the clamp exactly in the middle horizontally and vertically as shown in their manual it should be fine

I think you need to calibrate your gimbal. That should not be happening.

@@ZdenkaDarula The gimbal is all good and fully calibrated. Double tap of the trigger recentres the phone. It's just a very subtle thing that occurs when the phone does not return to a level position. I mean in the north south axis. Not east west. I think I've seen it on other videos.

Unfortunately, I don’t use that so I cannot answer it. I prefer the old traditional clamp for the same reason. I just want my phone to be secure.

I use an android phone ie Redmi note 11 pro + 5g whose inbuilt camera allows me to shoot upto 1080p @30fps.
If I couple my mobile phone with the Dji om 5 or dji om 6 gimbal while using the dji MIMO app then will the app allow me to shoot 1080p @ 60fps or @ 120fps or will my shooting frame rate be restricted to the frame rate limit of my mobile phone which is 1080p @ 30fps?

Light cut is pretty much automatic editing, you don’t need knowledge there.., most of it is done automatically..

Horrible gimbal - it does not have the tilt, pan or rotation needed to make your videos classic. If you are always worried or working on how to get the gimbal to work - then you lose creativity . . . .. look else where this is a paid advertisement.

First off this is not a paid advertisement because I bought this gimbal by myself… 😉 if you’re looking for more advanced filming gimbal then yes you need to go with something else. There is a learning curve to every single gimbal. It is never turn it on and go
