In punjab school teachers were selected after PPSC tests.. its not political appointments anymore.

Your point of view is great but actually our education department is so weak.i elaborate my statement through an example.I am a primary school teacher,our school has two rooms only with no walls at all and also no washroom for teacher and students too.High court of Peshawar has solved the case and order the education dept to resume construction but suddenly a name of army appear on behalf of the opposition party and everything disappear including the jurisdiction of the high Court.

Don't expect such generic and pointless views from Specialists. Teachers hiring on merit, English as a medium of Instruction and Digital Divide is all argument. No concrete proposal for the policy makers. I request to provide some tenable and practical policy note that can be implemented.
