My brother is in 10 class and when I see her islamiat book of new syllabus .The book is extraordinary. He sometimes came to me to listen me his work. He told me the lesson word to word but he don't know about islamic history and he even don't have concepts about book . Route learning demolished our minds and stop children from growth. We have exceptional books , exceptional minds and syllabus but we don't know how to use them . The same when we are in subcontinent .At that time we have exceptional people, exceptional land but we don't know at that time how to utilize that.
When he is ur brother, then how she has her islamyat book?

Shortage of teachers in schools is s big issue... A teacher has to teach a class of 100 or 100+ students in govt schools in 35 minutes. How she/he can pay attention or focus on each and every student. Everyone knows school children need more attention .
My perception regarding problems in education are
Lack of budget
Lack of inconsistentcy in policy
Lack of trainings
Such a talented person and a highly qualified teacher 😍 Sheheryar is indeed one of the gems nowadays.
80% of Pakistani students learn from indian aurthor books and from indian youtubers...😂
Pakistan needs to introduce structural reforms. Engage civil society, media and local community to first aware about educational crisis and its repercussions. Sensitize people and formulate a comprehensive and inclusive policy. Our education policy must be aligned with modern education philosophy that can edify our educational landscape.

I inform to about Pay in Private schol starting pay from 8000 & also 8000 ++ after some time and also collge strating from 18000 or 20000.

All opinions are well explained but the last one which touched to my heart is that mother role in acting like a teacher and it is possible only if they have learned the history of successful nations not family series dramas on media.

Assalamualaikum,
We have another major issue is that scholarships are given on the numbers nd high level marks, for example a ratta students or a high class families pay money to get their marks on the other side low levels get their marks with hardwork nd conceptual so we can imagine it from here that scholarships are given to those high class students not on the basis of hardwork but on the basis marks.
Nd another thing foreign scholarship policies are based on competition, hardwork and co cular activities but saddened not in Pakistan.
He elaborate the problem and solutions very well.

I am totally Disagree about your statement to incentivise parents. I would like to inform you that BISP Department is already incentivising parents.
But my point is what about that kid who even don't want to go to school. You should incentivise and implement that incentive in School to prepare an environment where kid show his willingness to go to school.
Compare Educators school system with Govt School Environment.

In Pakistan education is just to grab job .. CSPs are main educated trained people but after a job we can see They didn't perform well .. they are educated but should obey to political.. and main objective is which officer taking action in his field is good .. but it is doesn't mean action is solution... In pressure all these CSPs forget reality and just follow yes sir

He is totally wrong that teachers should be provided with houses.....they only need training, because at primary and secondary level they are only conscious about salaries, their attitude towards students is so bad. It's rude, they don't teach students well. They come to school only for attendance

I do support your debate on this worst mechanism of education in Pakistan which I often read in newspapers and watch on social media but, unfortunately, what can be done for such a system where everyone has made it as a business industry. I openly condemn the education of Pakistan which only consumes an enormous amount of money but don't provide well-paid jobs in the markets. The education which we are getting in our institutions is completely based on cramming. Furthermore, you can understand; what would be the future of Pakistan.

Issues were well identified by the speaker. However, solutions presented are not much detail oriented especially considering the implementation in Pakistan's scenario. As presented Finland's example for curriculum, but the state is responsible for education there. Who will take responsibility in Pakistan? How can you change the mentality of parents in backward areas who just do'nt want to send their children in schools? And how can you incentivise teaching and other private sector jobs when all the business community just want to earn loads of profit while paying peanuts to the employees?
