What I learned from this video: 1. The difference between illiteracy and education. 2. Literacy rates vary by region, and a one-size-fits-all strategy does not work. A healthy society requires equal opportunities for education. 3. The connection between Islam and education, particularly the significance of the word "Iqra" and the Prophet Muhammad's (pbuh) emergency situation with kufar 4. The goal of education is to create harmony in society, but Pakistan has three distinct education systems-Madrasa, Private, and Public-leading to divisions within the same society. 5. The state has failed to provide education equally. Only 2% of GDP is spent on education, with 40% of those funds being embezzled. Education is not a priority due to short-term political goals and the vested interests of feudal lords. 6. Pakistan ranks 50th in the world for education, while Singapore, which gained independence later, ranks 12th. 7. University standards are assessed by evaluating PhD holders and student performance. 8. Social media has a negative impact, particularly by overwhelming young people with excessive information, making even 33 years of education insufficient for a 13-year-old.
5:20 Education encompasses knowledge, personal development, and skill. Literacy is merely the skill to comprehend and convey the message via 'reading and writing'. Literacy is an skill. Education hence covers literacy
I would like to correct the fact: it is in article 25A of the constitution that ensures free and compulsory education for children aged between 5-16 years.
Our institutional education is totally useless. People pursue it for financial gains i.e Nokri, but the fact is it's not meant for this. Graduation makes you ideally a master of a subject which you have to execute then in the field. But, lamentably, there is no such scene in Pakistan. higher education is just a wastage of time. Pakistan doesn't need more degree holders, rather best engineers, carpenters and mechanics etc. in a nutshell, after matriculation or F.Sc, start your own business or learn a physical or digital skills, because this is what you would be going to do after graduation.

Our society needs such productive discussion. However, practical steps are dirly needed for fruitful outcomes.
