what is it with them making gut wrenching screams from a simple jab combo
To be frank some of the characters here to start with cant handle physical damage. Stand users themselves cant handle a stand to the face.
They only recorded one sound effect for taking damage, so most of them just scream horribly. At least, that's my theory.
@@freshlymemed5680 Nah, Stand users have taken big damage before like Jotaro who literally got holes blown through his body from a explosion and got back up five seconds later, and has gotten punched around by Dio's stand but used SP to block most of the damage so there is that.
I see sonic forces went full anime now with its character creation.

Ok so, I don’t care to watch YuGiOh, but there’s something I wonder.
The main show is about cards right? But season zero seems to be about Yugi’s ghost man playing all sorts of death games (which sounds cooler, tbh).
How does it transition from that to being about trading cards? Or are they completely unrelated stories?
@@CrazyPangolinLady Basically, the creator was a huge nerd and he wanted to create a story that was for boys but didn't involve fighting. He basically replaced the knock-down drag-out fights with puzzles, riddles, and games. There was even a storyline where they played a knock-off D&D with a villain.
After he put a fictional card game in one episode (at that point it was called "Monsters and Wizards"), they got a LOT of positive feedback from the readers--people wrote in asking how to play, etc. Since it was so popular, the guy decided to run with it. The rest was history.
Weird fact: As he wrote more episodes about it, the game developed more rules in the fiction until they finally just made it into a real card game--that's why if you actually *play* YuGiOh the card game the first few arcs have duels that don't make any sense. The game hadn't actually been made into a game; he was just doing what he thought was cool.
@@CrazyPangolinLady The Yu Gi Oh manga was about Yugi playing random games, which is also why the title of the manga can be read as "king of games" meaning not just king of a card game.
Anyways, the manga had a short arc with Kaiba where he and Yugi played a card game and because Kaiba and the card game became really popular with the readers the author decided to shift the focus towards the card game which ended up dominating the rest of the manga aside from 1 or 2 arcs.
Also "season 0" as fans call it was a different Yu Gi Oh anime from the popular one about card games. The more known anime skipped all the previous arcs unrelated to the card game (even the very first chapter of the manga) and only show some of it in flashbacks.

through an unspecified card effect, he special summons Slifer for a single attack, and then Slifer disappears afterward because of his effect to go the the Graveyard during the End Phase. They really thought this character out, huh
