Alcohol definitely F tier despite it being one of my favorite drugs (lemme explain) it can make a night of doing nothing turn into a wild adventure, it does a great job at helping with social anxiety but it's extremely toxic, extremely destructive in terms of addiction potential it could easily rival opioids and benzos.

I have to disagree with the above two comments, it could just be my personal experience but I have never experienced a worse withdraw than a fentanyl withdraw, just trying to kick those damn pills I started drinking 7-10 shots worth of vodka just to get through the day and I did that for probably a month but the nausea and hangover got to be too much and I pretty much stopped drinking all together and I didn’t experience any withdraw. I realize that may not be common but the fact that kicking the pills would throw me into a flu-like state for pushing a week each time, opioids are def in the lower tiers for me vs alc!

The withdrawal from amphetamine based medications such as Vyvanse, Adderall, and Dexedrine is definitely a big downside. The Dexedrine withdrawals left me depressed to the point of uncontrollable sobbing. The highs were high and the lows were very low. It felt like being impaled on a spike in the middle of an abyss under an unnerving red sky with no one around to help you off the spike. Utter hopelessness and despair, your self esteem reaches near suicidal lows and you just find yourself hating yourself.

I self-medicated (adhd) adderall for a few weeks, and stopped when my supply disappeared. Had the worst anxiety for about a week and still don’t feel entirely right. And that’s from
Dude, I know that all too well. I've been abusing stimulants for the last two years, and it wasn't until recently that I came clean about my addiction and went into rehab. I'm now three months sober and trying to rely on my own normal levels of excitement without the increase of dopamine to get me moving again. But yeah, seriously, man, those withdrawals make you go to a dark place, and you'll do anything at all to try to relieve the pain, whether it be more drugs, alcohol, or even through your libido on whoever is nearby.
It depends on where you are in life. I used to do adderall in senior year for fun, the crash wasnt too bad and it was easily managable. The high was 4x as worth as the crash so it wasnt a problem. I ended up quiting around march because i wanted to start drinking again, as you would know pills and alcohol are the two worst drugs you can mix, doesnt matter what kind of pill either, its any kind. Anyways I went through a lonely and anxious year of drinking and smoking weed, worried about my future, no friends or family to talk to, etc etc. I ended up trying adderall again to see if it would help and oh man, the high wasnt nearly as good, and the crash was 10x worse. Literally felt like someone was hitting me with a mace in the stomach, the anxiety was just unbearable, and the sadness was unbelievable. Adderall is not a drug that can help with sadness, depression, or coping. From my experience, its a drug that is supposed to make a happy life, even happier. The happier you are in life, the happier this drug will make you. It speeds up your brain and emotions, it doesnt help fix those emotions. It can have some type of euphoria, but the general rule is, if you are depressed taking adderall, its just going to speed up that depression.

I totally agree, I’ve never once had an lsd experience I regretted and I’ve dosed pushing 100 different times, ranging from 1-6 doses at once and it was always consistent and never disappointed!

Kava and shrooms are probably my only 2 s tiers, even bad shroom trips which are awful don't get me wrong, you still learn a ton about yourself and the duration alone makes it far superior to LSD. Kava s tier because it's one of the only gaba agonists that doesn't cause withdrawal, very easy to function on and does a great job at helping with both my anxiety and ADHD.

It also has intense synergy with other gabaergics, opioids and Mary Jane. It is safe to mix with other downers too because it doesn't really Suppress your nervous system that much at all despite its gaba agonism, I'd say it can best be compared to phenibut or other gabapentinoids in terms of strength and effects, definitely a step above Chamomile and l-theanine but nowhere near something like alcohol or xanax

DXM is a very subjective substance, you either love it or hate it. For me though, it's probably one of the best music enhancing drugs out there, you kind of become music in a sense if you know what I mean. It's a decent drug if you buy DXM only products (y'know without acetaminophen and such)

@@Bighaus1234 that's a very smart way to approach it. The number one thing I see happen when people develop heavier dependencies or even addiction to it is consistently increasing their dosage. If you stick within a set range, it makes it a lot harder to develop any kind of danger I think. I do basically the same thing :)

Definitely don't take kratom from smokeshops or gas stations, its garbage stuff. Make sure to get it from an online vendor that's reputable. Getting headaches from it is not normal and it probably means the kratom is extremely low quality or even contaminated with something.

Because if you don't already have a crazy tolerance, its a great way to end up having a chat with Saint Peter. That, and if you do survive, they're great and you won't want to stop! And even if you do, good luck with your body allowing it! If you are where I was, or headsd there, then please get thee to a Methadone Clinic! Or whatever is gonna help you stop! I just hit my year in Recovery about a month and a half back! With over 6 months completely clean! Aside from my prescriptions and Weed, which is very much legal in our state. And its been a tremendous help with the pain. I use a a 1:1 THC:CBG vape, when they're stocked, specifix strains if not! And it does actually help!
I was completely shocked to see Wellbutrin on the list at all. I’m assuming you are talking about it’s normal use or recreational? I know people do crush them up and snort them and they have some kind of stimulant feeling but also increase the risk of seizure. I just started taking them for depression/anxiety. Hopefully they work out!

@@LowkeyFish Yeah I’m just going to keep using them as they are intended. I have lost just about everything to Alcohol and Cocaine. My realization came when one night after Alcohol and 5 grams of blow. Someone walked in with the hard, I woke up the next day realizing I had just smoked crack cocaine. I had the biggest meltdown of my life and almost lost everything. From that day forward I refuse to drink another drop of alcohol and the other shit fades away with it. Never wanted for drugs sober.

im not sayin adderall is bad inherently because of this but as a kid i was prescribed it and took it for many years and this resulted in me having a permanently altered abnormal heartbeat
my resting heartrate is extremely low but spontaneously raises very high and whenever this happens it usually is followed by panic attacks or extreme anxiety and extreme feelings of discomfort and nausea, which were also exacerbated by the drug itself
now obviously most people dont have this problem and my life has been mostly normal after stopping the prescription, but knowing is better than not knowing so stay safe out there yall and dont end up like me wearing a holter heart monitor around ur chest ur entire middleschool/highschool career
(side note i never abused adderall or did it recreationally or ever did more than i was prescribed, this was all sideaffects from taking my prescribed dose, and i have also never abused or even really taken any uppers because im scared they might make my condition worse)

Surprised to see mdma at the top considering what I've heard about the hangover. I've never done it, but it's always made intuitive sense to me that something which gives you the highest highs would bring you the lowest lows. Anyways, my fav is D8 flower because it just cuts out so much of the paranoia.
I get no hangover from it. Always surprised to hear how horrible the comedown is etc. My comedown is just being really sleepy and the next day I feel pretty normal.
If you like delta 8 you should try hhc to see the difference, you might like it
Many people including myself do not experience a hangover. In fact, we experience something called an afterglow where we experiences an elevated mood for a few days following our dose. Generally people who experience hangovers are either more susceptible to it, or are those who have used mdma excessively (dosed too high or too frequently). If you dose sensibly, a hangover generally will not follow.

I did mdma last night and the hangover is not bad at all. In my experience, alcohol and LSD hangovers are way worse. As one of the comments said, it's more of an afterglow. The only not great hangover type symptoms I have is a bit of a tender jaw- (it's very common to excessively clench your jaw during, even though I had gum) and earlier today I had a few muscle spasms in my legs and felt a bit twitchy. The afterglow affects I have is I feel a lot more social able, way less anxious and really chill/content. I struggle with anxiety quite badly and for the first time in a while I'm not overthinking everything I did when interacting with another person. Obviously, it's different for everyone, but as the comment said its generally the people who don't leave periods in between taking or take a very high amount. Which I wouldn't recommend doing either because a smaller dose already feels incredibly euphoric and doing it too often ups your tolerance, increases the risk of harm and makes it less special imo. I'm yapping but it's an incredible drug to do with people, it makes you feel so connected and loved.

Awesome video! I object to the ecstasy one though, should be S tier just like molly, because molly and ecstasy are the same thing! This misconception drives me nuts and is so previlent. Pure ecstasy is pure MDMA plus inactive binding agents, no other drugs. It's the most convenient and best way to consume MDMA IF it's pure. Molly and ecstasy are the exact same drug and BOTH can be cut! Though, molly tends to be safer because good molly should be big ol' MDMA crystals which makes it tougher for dealers and manufacturers to lace.
I'd say a true ecstasy is S tier just like molly because they have the same active ingredient and are, in theory, the same drug.

Surprised N2O isn't on the list! For me it has to be acid in S tier, Phenibut in A tier, caffeine & nicotine & Kratom in B tier, weed in C tier, and alcohol in D tier. I've only had bad experiences with weed unfortunately, and I get glutamate rebound on alcohol so I can't sleep! Hoping to grow/try shrooms soon, and for my next acid trip I'm going to use nitrous (safely) too! Eventually I'll try MDMA and DMT too, but not yet...
BIG EDIT: N2O with acid was INSANE. I started looping really badly and got nervous, but my sense of self separated from my body... for anyone else, be really careful with this combo! Also, I just got my MMJ card and had a great experience with weed, and it's now an S tier for me. I think I just didn't use it correctly before and was super nervous. Now that I'm in a better place mentally, it's just so relaxing and I love the buzzy feeling. Going to stick with indica-dominant strains and go easy at first. What an amazing plant :)

In my personal opinion, I really think that any GABAergic substance is just vastly inferior to phenibut. Phenibut is so goddamn euphoric, life is smooth as hell and it lasts for 12 hours.
Phenibut is a great alternative to gabapentin and pregabalin if you don't have a prescription for those. I've only tried phenibut a handful of times but personally for whatever reason I like gabapentin and lyrica more. I actually made a video explaining why you should check it out bro

I take promethazine weekly. I've never tried lean though. Promethazine is an anti histamine, same class as benadryl and it's one of two active ingredeients in lean, the other one being the opioid codeine. I live in a country that will never give me benzos for my anxiety so I'm prescribed non addictive anti histamine sedatives like promethazine. It's not a magic fix like benzos but it's acctually quite effective for panick attacks

Depends on what youre looking for, if you just want a general high feeling low dose molly is pretty sweet. In my experience 70 mg is great if you want something not too intense. Sedatives are really selective, codiene and low dose ketamine have a similar feeling though imo if you like opiates its just easier to grow poppies. Psychedelics, id reccomend mescaline. Relativley short acting but still powerful. Those are just my personal experiences

Weed, vyvanse, and adderall are definetly S tier, for the effects and duration. Beer or alcohol for me would be C or lower because it make me feel sick and lasts not that long because of feeling sick. Hydrocodone would be C or B as it doesn't make me feel sick, I do get ichy while taking it though. Wellbutrin, catnip, tobacco, and coffee do absolutely nothing. Salvia is F, it doesn't really make me hallucinate or feel high. Air Duster is like a D or lower if you tried it the high is actually not that bad, but far too short to be practical.

Through my dealings with caffeine, I struggled with caffeine headaches. One day I took Benadryl and it went away!
Because of this I concluded that slot of these "side effects" from drugs are related to histamines in the brain.
Granted: Benadryl isn't a cure, but I've found it works better than OTC pain relievers.
