I'm very fortunate to live here in the OC. Pretty much every city is amazing. However its god awfully expensive. I live like 15 mins away from Laguna and the average house is around $800k and up. Those enthusiasts willing to move here; i can only wish you all good luck. You're going to need it lol!

When I describe to some of my friends who haven’t been to California how magical it is, they don’t believe me. They think it’s burning and it’s always hot! Not true at all!! Near the coast it’s basically the opposite!! It never gets hot!!🌴🌴☀️☀️🌅

You really don't... Trust me. I live in California, the prices for everything here is super expensive compared to everywhere else. If you wanna buy a house here... Ha don't even get me started on the prices for that!
Eliuth It depends on the area for example in my area they usually go from 400,00 to 500,000 most of them are 2/3 bed and 2/3 bath with 1,699 sqft give or take, that's also in the area of what my parents paid for our house. If you wanna live like lets say close to the beach ( I live about 45 mins. to a hour away on the freeway from the beach ) a 1,330 sqft home with 2 bed and 2 bath goes for about 700,000 give or take. I know there are a lot more cheaper ones and ones that are more expensive, but these examples were just homes that are for sale right now that i found nothing fancy or anything like that just a average house. It you go to the city next to mine though you can get a house like my parents house for half the price, but that city had triple the crime rate that we have. It depends on the area and for 400,000 i found a bunch of really nice and big houses in Arizona for sale right now. Everything is more expensive here compared to other places, but then again it's always really nice beach weather lol

A lot of time the homes are over priced for the value you get. Used to live in SoCal and NorCal in the 80's.
