Some guy posted a video of him removing the entire intake system off and cleaning it which I thought was a little excessive. Your video made a lot more sense by using some compressed air ,small wire snake brush and some carburetor cleaner to fix the same issue. Thanks a bunch 👍
... I got a P0300 error code, my vehicle went into limp mode. When I took off the throttle body, that hole/passageway/port from the EGR valve was complete filled up with carbon. I wasn't able to remove the exhaust line that goes to the EGR valve in my Buick Rendezvous 3.4L, the bolts on the metal flex pipe were frozen solid. I just sprayed the port that was open, once I had unbolted the EGR valve from the Intake manifold. I sprayed a whole can of Carburetor cleaner into the open port, and let it soak for a couple of days. A friend of mine suggested drilling holes into the aluminum casting, where the channel/port passageway is cast into the Lower Intake manifold from the EGR valve, with a small drill bit. And then afterwards you fill the holes with some epoxy. The holes can be easily drilled out again, and carburetor cleaner sprayed into those holes in the casting, to clean in the future, should the problem happen again. 🤔 I didn't do it, but I'm contemplating doing it in the future.
bro that hard line attached to the mount that runs to the power steering/timing area doesnt wanna flex like your and i cant get it off the bolts therefore the intake as well. any suggestions before i disassemble more than i need to

...did you figure it out? I had to use some small utility pick tools or a curbed hook pick, there's a trick to undoing those crazy connectors.
