Looks great. I’m a coeliac so can’t add the flour though. Any suggestions as an alternative? Could I just miss that bit out and thicken a curry at the end with a potato starch slurry? That’s what I normally do with Chinese meals
Hi isyt, you could certainly try that, or the curry paste would work just as well with gluten free flour instead of regular plain flour. Let me know how it goes!
