Hi, many thanks for sharing your recipe, Im hoping you can clarify sometime for me please, in the ingredients list there is no mention of celery but in the method section it says add leeks and celery, can you confirm that celery is used and how many stalks? - thanks.
Thank you for your comment and for letting me know this . I’ll update the method section tonight . I wasn’t aware it that. Yes add 3 stalks of chopped celery and 3 stalks of chopped leeks. Please let me know how you get on with this recipe , any problems message me back here .
