No, they are only making 100 of them, so I will be paying for 1 just like everyone else. These are so good, and I’ve watched the development from their early days. I don’t want miss out like I did on the first 10.

@@unforgivens4intonyoutube831 thanks for watching. Always appreciate it. The Radium motors are the market leader. Definitely not the quietest. They developed them and are always working on improving them with the factory. SKP are now buying these motors direct, they are so good. Market leaders buying from other market leaders says a lot to me. Have a look into them and ask on the DIY forums. Lots of information and great experiences.
it's about time they left 12s, which i can only assume cause this was like 50% fluff. But while they are finally reaching voltages above 50, euc's are litearlly going to 135 / 150v and have 4800wh batteries.
@@esk8windsor Sorry but this is incorrect. Higher voltages allow for more watts a cooler temps, since you know, it's pushing less amps. It's a vital part of the equation. Saying that in the nicest way i can, as a snarky asshole new yorker.
@jessepatterson8897 haha, all good man. No snark detected. I'll have to disagree with you though. While voltage allows for less heat, a higher voltage does not mean more power. Total number of cells + how much power the esc can deliver to the motors is the bottleneck. Throw in motor kv and it all starts getting complicated. The fastest track boards are using 12s with 8p+. (Although lots of 16s builds starting to compete with them). The type of cell also matters a bunch. Eucs aren't using very high discharge cells, so esk8s can push more amps with better thermals. At the end of the day, 10000watts from high voltage low amps, will still match 10000Watts from low voltage high amps. Like you said though, it can run cooler with using a higher voltage if heat becomes an issue.
@@jessepatterson889712s vs 16s was tested pretty extensively by Raijin, a local brand to me and he found that the temperature and efficiency was relatively the same in most cases running amps to equal the same watts as well as pushing the 12s setup slightly higher. A properly cooled system (good heatsink, good quality esc and the motors Radium designs) makes 12s just as efficient as some higher voltages. If you wanted esk8 to be waterproof then yeah probably wouldn’t hurt to commit to higher voltages, but for what this board here is with where the tech is for this form factor right now 12s at higher amps is perfectly fine. EUC are also like double to triple the weight and space for those batteries, skateboards getting that heavy negatively affects their use case and ride feel. Different strokes for different folks basically.
@@esk8windsorMost stooge boards are still running 8s lipo cells and running circles around some high voltage boards (rider skill obviously a factor too but even just in a drag race some stooge boards going 0-40mph is as quick as if not quicker than most higher end boards 0-30mph)
Constructive criticism…. Love the concept and product. Do not love the interview, you need to ask specific questions to each key team member, ask the questions with way more efficiency, I’m counting 35 seconds avg per question with 12 seconds avg per answer. Dude… you gotta reverse that. Keep up the good work, learn as you go.
If they offered the red board as an option, they would own the market.

One question. Why belts instead of the gear drive?
This allows them to change pulleys out and exchange them. Different speed, torque etc. Having gears means it’s set, and it can’t easily be changed.
cant wait to try 1

whats an " E Skate Con ? " never heard of it .

Where are the specs? Top speed and range?
