UPDATE: I filmed this over a month ago and I finally got a part time job a few days ago! And I've been in a much better headspace these last few weeks. If anyone is in my position, just remember that life is made of changes and you won't be stuck forever. Wishing whoever is reading this a restful day
Meltdowns in dreams are a regular thing for me, and unfortunately have been since I was a toddler. I also struggle with night terrors, which are very different from nightmares, but I do get both.

12:18 I have been struggling with these same things. I hoard things, and I have realized that I use items to separate me away from emotions and people. I know this is not for everyone. But medical cannabis is legal here in florida. And I use it along with my medications. I take a little and use it to help me feel whatever I need to feel. And I cry and am very tired and exhausted afterward. But I feel so much lighter. And I think nature is a great healer as well! Just sit outside for a while, and watch the lil animal and bugs living their life. It's so peaceful, plus sunlight helps, I feel, lol.
Being in nature definitely does help me. I can apply for a medical card in Ohio and I think it may help, but that's just been so low on my priority list
Just want to say you don't have to do the work on your own, we're all here. I don't know if you have a discord server, but that can be a great way to feel supported within a community
